I recently sent a package to India and my experience was excellent. Mr. Shrey was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

I just completed a shipment with DHL that was likely not very typical – I needed to purchase two shipment envelopes and put one inside the other So that the items in the outer envelope could be sent back to me in the inner envelope. The person who helped me, Shreen (I am sorry, Shreen, if I have spelled your name incorrectly.) was so patient and so kind and so effective! DHL gets high marks in my book!!😊

The worst courier ever! Missed my pick up more than once. The drivers and staff in general don’t care and this place is a mess. Mismanagement is one of the biggest downfall of this company that used to care about meeting customer demand and delivery time commitment. Luckily other couriers are picking up the slack and taking over what DHL fails to pickup.

I went to send an international package. The store is very easy to find and the service was professional. Yoshi was super friendly and super helpful! She answered questions I asked with very professional answers! Wonderful experience!

We paid to return $481 worth of merchandise to Australia, and DHL charged us $178. They lost the package, and despite DHL admitting they lost the package, they will not give us our money back for even just the shipping charge. We are now out a combined $659 of value. Do not recommend.
