We paid to return $481 worth of merchandise to Australia, and DHL charged us $178. They lost the package, and despite DHL admitting they lost the package, they will not give us our money back for even just the shipping charge. We are now out a combined $659 of value. Do not recommend.

I went to this DHL location, and I must admit that the young lady who works there offered good customer service. She was very patient because I went in the wrong direction trying to locate the place. I believe I called about three time to confirm that I was heading in the right direction, and she never got angry. For this reason I will recommend this location. We'll done!!!

How would you have a policy where a signature is needed, and not put the information on the automatic email generation to the customer? That is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Now I can't get my package until Monday because you don't operate on the weekends, and you don't allow pickup until the next business day. The driver called me, we got disconnected due to poor service and when i called back i get an automated message no attempt to contact me again. What a joke. Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service, delivery scheduled for today. I didn't even go to work so I could stay home and wait for the delivery and to my surprise no one showed up.Delivery was scheduled to be made today between 12pm and 3pm. Like everyone, I have several cameras in my house, including a doorbell camera. And no one showed up.Then at 6:30pm I receive one email saying that the delivery man tried to deliver but there was no one to receive it.Total lack of respect for the customer.The worst thing is that this disregard for the customer is common at DHL, a few months ago I sent some documents to Italy, I paid extra to get it faster. And coincidentally the same error happened, They could not find anyone at the destination office to deliver the documents. My order was delivered 3 days later than I had paid for.So, if you don't want to be stressed by a company that sells a service that they clearly can't deliver, use another carrier.DHL never again.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 13th. I got a text where I can track the delivery van, never got the package, was then promised that it will be delivered on 14th. That did not happen. promised it will definitely happen on 15th. Did not happen, I got in touch with their executive team…fast forward to Dec. 18th. And I am still waiting…. DHL has let me down and totally messed up my families holidays…..

I had a big Shipment and it was very confusing for me but Yashi is so smart she helped me out and cleared all the questions I had. You’re brilliant Yashi. Will come back for sure. DHL has really easy solution services, I shipped from both the store one in Somerville and here in Boston. Exceptional service. Thank You. She did give me some extra discount. I’m glad I visited her.
