2 straight days of “sorry we missed you” emails but nobody ever buzzed my apartment and the leasing office never saw a DHL delivery driver come into the building. Pretty confident they never even made an effort. Had to take time out of my day to go pick the thing up. Judging by all the similar reviews, this is their standard operating procedure and they’re not interested in improving. Shameful “service.”

Dhl driver cut right in front of my vehicle, almost causing a accident on garden st cambridge at 308pm on October 26, 2023, after cut me off I honked my horn he stepped on brake intentionally plate # X47-295 mass plate.

My wife and I were both home waiting for a package that required signature. DHL driver never even rang the door bell and stated no one was home. Customer service was rude on both phone and chat, and no help to expedite the package. Now the package is set to come the next day between 6pm and 8pm on a Friday. What a joke of a delivery service. Avoid at all cost.

The DHL delivery drivers that service the City of Cambridge are the worst delivery drivers that I ever encountered!! I will never ever order anything for delivery, if DHL is involved. I was forced to go to the DHL in person, in order to get my package, because the delivery drivers were too incompetent to drop off a package - thank you for a terrible experience!!!

I have never in my life seen a driver come to deliver a package and wait 14 seconds at my door. Literally did not even have time to come down the stairs to grab my package. Customer service was nice.

Very rude employee.walked in to hand my package , she didn’t smile or say hiii or anything she was just like what are we doing today ??Also she was like giving me orders while filling the form on the computer at the end when she was getting the shipping label I walked towards the other side of the counter thinking that this is where I get charged she kinda yell at me ‘’ Hey Stay there’’ and after I was done I said thank you and have a great day and she didn’t even reply

Bought an item on ebay and to my dismay, the seller shipped with DHL. They lost the package, of course, and provided no help at all. In fact they lied and said they delivered it to my house, when they actually delivered to the wrong city. Never use these imbeciles!

DHL is a disaster! I got an email to notify me that package delivery would be arriving today and required a signature. I stayed home all day, contacted customer service to ask for an ETA, and when the window they gave me passed I reached back out to customer service. While on hold, I get a text telling me that they attempted delivery but no one was home (blatant and purposeful lie). I finally got back on with customer service who said that a manager would get back to me, but they could attempt again. Expecting the same *non*-service, I asked to speak to a manager. They said a manager would call me back in about an hour. No one has contacted me since (now 2 hours and end-of-day Friday).This company is a FRAUD!

I had scheduled a pickup for my shipment, trusting that DHL would be reliable and punctual as promised. Unfortunately, the driver failed to show up at the designated time, and now my packages will be delayed.This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue with DHL, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to continue relying on your services. I have other courier options available, but I chose DHL because I believed your company to be reliable and efficient. However, this latest incident has seriously shaken my confidence in your ability to deliver on your commitments.Please understand that my time is valuable, and now I am forced to reschedule the pickup, causing further inconvenience and potential delays to my shipment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the underlying issues causing these service failures. In the meantime, I will have to reevaluate my choice of courier services for future shipments.

Horrible company. I stated instructions for the company, I did not receive a notice 10 minutes before they came nor did they ring my door bell. This resulted in my package being stolen. Never again !!

DHL is honestly the worst company I've dealt with. Two days in a row they've "attempted" delivery. I had my door wide open with my house light on all day and never seen them pull onto my road. Never once attempted delivery. Two days in a row now and I still don't have my package. I'm guessing the driver wanted to cut their shift early so they just say they attempted delivery and that's it. What a joke. Calling them gets you no where. Good thing this isn't time sensitive I guess. Take your business elsewhere.

the person who do customer service is racist is a old lady she work in e street boston she very inrespecful very racist make funny about my accent she dont want to give my package that I pay , she was totally a inrespecful in front of the other clients , she put me to wait for to give me my package that I pay the name is , Michelle , and when I ask the name she said tha she know my name too , my address was in the packcage , should I report this to the police because I feel unsafe situation

Weeks later I found the package ! I went into a the local mattress store and asked is dhl made a delivery by mistake. The nice man behind the desk said YES! I asked it it was two backpacks ? He said YES. I said they were meant for the Post Office and dhl left them at the mattress store He said he told the guy that no one works here by this name so he put them under the desk So mystery solved and dhl doesn't care Like not at all!

i received an email stating my items had been delivered “in my mailbox. Nothing arrived I do not have a mailbox -only a door slot. DHL does not recognize my tracking number and there is reference to delivery to Ling Beach California when i live in MAso sad.
