These guys are literally the BEST! Call me a sceptic but it's nearly impossible to find honest businesses but not here! I've needed to have a flat fixed twice and both times they went above and beyond to help me out. I can't endorse them enough, any issue with either of our family vehicles I'm going straight to them. The best! Honest, quick, and always putting the customers first. I'm impressed with how they operate their business.

I was stuck across the street with a flat tire and no access to my spare or even my jack. They immediately ordered my size tire to come in within the hour, brought a spare jack across the street and took my tire back across the street to help me. Not only did they bring the new tire back and put it on, they made sure it were on snug once we got back to the shop. I'm beyond impressed with their customer service and the amount of care they've showed me. An appointment for my other 3 tires was made for tomorrow. Thank you Matt for your kindness and care. Me and my family have just found a new local tire shop!

My car was rejected for inspection. I took my car to Dedham Wholesale Tire and Auto Service to get checked out. They didn’t find anything wrong with the car …they had already replaced my front brakes the month before….I went to a recommended garage to get the inspection sticker to no avail and brought it back. Matt, Danny and Tito dropped what they were doing to re-examine my car, called the garage and successfully obtained an inspection sticker on my behalf. They were the only people who would give me the time of day and went above and beyond to help me. Their efforts are a refreshing approach to customer service and are much appreciated. I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything, gentlemen!

My girlfriend was having trouble having an inspection sticker placed on the car. The guys at Dedham Wholesale went above and beyond to insure the car was safe. They directly spoke to the inspection station and the car passed inspection. We are customers for life. Honest, communication, best customer care!!!

Nobody likes replacing tires, but Dedham Wholesale makes it as painless as can be. The prices are more than fair and the service is ideal (competent, quick, and super friendly). I've used them several times throughout the years and dealing with them has been nothing but a pleasure. I honestly wish all corners of my life were as easy as having my tires replaced by Dedham Wholesale is.

A+ service from this shop. I took an F150 for an exhaust repair, and the work was perfect, reasonable and on time. They were very transparent throughout the process and very clear on the work being done. Best experience at a mechanic by far.

Decent price on tires but brake pads they use are junk. A few months ago I had them rotate the tires and they didn't even inspect the brakes. I know this because shortly after I had grinding noise and my mechanic said they were bad shape even showed me before he did them.

Good customer service from my original phone conversation through dropping off and picking up my car. I could tell by the people who came in and out of the waiting area, that they are familiar with their frequent customers and enjoy having them come back. One of the customers actually brought in donuts for the crew, comfortably gave the front desk rep her keys and sat down. Best part, the quoted price was about $40 cheaper than their competitors. And as a first time visitor, I was happy with the overall experience. I would recommend this business.
