DO NOT BUY cabinetry or anything kitchen related from DB&S in Norwell. We spent over $50K on cabinetry and countertops only to find out that the Manager (1) ordered the incorrect size of cabinetry costing us thousands in delays and additional costs from installers; (2) charged our account for materials which were never authorized or communicated to us; and (3) ordered the wrong size panels for our kitchen appliances. The Manager has since acknowledged that she ordered the wrong size panels but now blame local business KAM Appliance. We are now being forced to file a lawsuit against them because she refuses to acknowledge that she had the right specification but, due to her inexperience and/or lack of attention to detail, ordered the wrong one. The customer service is awful. This is the worst store to go to for any kitchen and bath needs. BUYER BEWARE. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.
