Terrible experience. Filled my prescription incorrectly multiple times even after an incredibly detailed phone call from the prescribing physician. They truly cannot get it together and absolutely screwed me and my family so many times. One extra star for convenience in location.

Worst customer service ever. They have ruined my day and the past several days. I have been miserable because of their lack of customer service. Please, don’t go to CVS here. Go to the one on Newbury, Brockton. Anywhere else but here. If at all possible, avoid giving your hard-earned money at this establishment. They don’t care about their patients.I am a Night Shift nurse. I am in the process of transferring my medications from this pharmacy to the one where I work. All I needed CVS pharmacy to do was to answer the phone during their normal business hours. They couldn’t even do that. The hospital pharmacy was on hold for 30 minutes before they finally had to close for the night. I couldn’t get my medications transferred. I am witnessing horrible side effects because of this. The only option I had was to get back to CVS and pay their higher price. By the time I got there, CVS pharmacy was also closed. I will be on night 4 without my meds. The only thing you can count on from them is disappointment and the worst patient service available. I’m at their mercy to pick up the phone tomorrow morning at 9am. Please don’t let this happen to you and avoid them all together. They are not worth it.

Ubered to this CVS at night to get some burn cream after a baking cookies gone wrong incident. Reached the back of the CVS at 9:52pm (it closes at 10:00pm) but the back door was already locked so I sprinted around the building to the front door, made it by 9:53pm and it was also locked. There were 2 employees in the doorway area and 2-3 employees at the registers. They just stared at me for a minute through the door before unlocking the door to rudely let me know that they weren't gonna let me in because the store was closed and I was too late (the time now is 9:54pm). I politely asked if they could please just let me in to only buy some burn cream because my hand was seriously stinging and I would be in and out in < 2 min if someone could just point me to the first aid isle. One of the door employees literally seemed to be deriving so much joy out of saying no to me (their tone was like barking rudely at me) for absolutely no reason. Even after this conversation, as I'm walking away... the time is 9:57pm..... Just don't say you're open till 10pm if you aren't.. or like have just a smidge of empathy for another human who is in pain. Luckily, I'm moving soon so I won't have to visit this store staffed with the rudest people ever again!Also, this is my first google negative google review ever because I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond unnecessarily rude.

I always go to this CVS it's the closest to my dormitory and used to be my favorite. I buy food, makeup, pick up prescriptions, etc. I was followed around by management which mad me very upset since I am a cvs member with a lot of rewards to use. I confronted a higher associate who was hispanic, curly hair in a low ponytail and she acted d*** as if she didn't know what I was talking about but it was clearly obvious. I handed her my items and told her I did not appreciate it since I am a card holder and I will be shopping elsewhere. I will definitely not be coming back at all.

What kind of pharmacy service do they have there? The pharmacy department NEVER NEVER answers!!! I tried 5 times since yesterday holding about 20 minutes each time. No wonder why there are so many bad reviews on this CVS about the same issue. I ended up calling other CVS location. What's wrong with this CVS?

Waiting on hold for 30-60 minutes is common, twice I’ve have had my call hung up on immediately once picked up as well

Can I give this a zero? Worst customer service, worst pharmacists, not helpful whatsoever, and will never answer a phone call. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for them to tell you they f***** up. Absolute worst staff I've ever seen in a cvs. Never come. F*** these guys.

I’ve been on hold for a cumulative 2 hours and NO ONE has picked up the phone. Was in hold for 55 minutes earlier and it automatically disconnected. Now in my second go and it’s been 25. What am I waiting for!

Weza is one of the best employees I’ve ever come in contact with. He helped me with my return on my humidifier and was just so friendly and helpful. He deserves so much praise for his kind work today. Wonderful wonderful job! Thank you!

Pharmacy seems understaffed right now but the pharmacists there are doing their best and I’ve had only positive experiences with them, even if slightly longer waits. They are extremely patient given how nuts this store is sometimes.

Horribly rude employees. Just because you are located near a college is no excuse for having rude employees.Worst experience ever in any CVS in this country...really sad. Train your people to be nice. I will, literally, never shop there again. Even if I have to travel further. Do better. I mean, look at your review status. ? ?
