I go to CVS more then any other Pharmacy Store. I basically live in the store. I was so glad when they put (1) in my neighborhood. I can honestly say it has improved this areas properly value ☺️

Staff are pretty nice and very helpful. However, prescriptions take a long time to fill.

This is my favorite CVS. The pharmacy goes out of its way to be helpful to you. The owner keep the store well stocked and the young staff are very pleasant and respectful. Love it!

June2023: 3: June 2023: 2: I stopped by this location to return some medication at the take back box that each pharmacy should have at any of their locations. I found that this location does have one and a cashier working in the store directed me to the back of the store by the pharmacy location. This was supposed to be a standard for all pharmacies some time ago. This is of very few locations that has a box near the pharmacy. This location does not want specific drugs to be deposited into this container. In addition to that, they refused to accept the liquid medication I had until I challenged the fact that the outside container indicated 4 oz of liquid or less. I asked the pharmacy worker why I couldn't deposit the medication. Eventually someone came over who indicated it was okay if it was a suspension, fluid or inside of a plastic bag, which I did have the medication packed inside of a plastic baggie. I had to wait for someone to come and unlock the medication safe. Customers will have to pay for parking prior to going into the store. There appeared to be one cashier on duty who was able to handle customers at the register.

I don’t even understand why CVS have a pharmacy. The pharmacy are more uniformed than a rock. They are quick to dismiss you as if they could care less in helping or delivering proper customer services. I’m not sure if they know what they are doing other than putting pills in bottles. I would have to call my insurance company to explain to them on what to do when it comes to filling my prescription. Just poor poor service. I wouldn’t be surprised if CVS goes out of business because they add more to the problem than actually helping to resolve them. So disgusted.

I don't like this CVS. Everytime I go I'm being watched which is very uncomfortable especially when I'm going there to spend my hard EARN money. I understand security has a job to do but making the customers feel uncomfortable by watching them is to much. They need to be retrained on how to monitor the store without making customers feel uncomfortable.

I called numerous times, and I was giving 4 different dates that my psychiatric medication for my medication to be filled and when I brought this to their attention and was wondering what was the issue on my medication and the rude and most ignorant pharmacy staff members said to me QUOTE " I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU, I ASKED THEM WHAT EXACTLY THEY MEANT BY THAT AND, THEY THEN ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME, " UNQUOTE" then tried them back after confirming with my doctor, and insurance providers who knows Exactly when my medication are due to be filled, and once I was told exactly the same thing that they didn't QUOTE" CARE AND THEY HAD NO TIME TO TALK," UNQUOTE.This resulted in me attempting suicide and I really believe the the entire chain shall be out out of business. Due to all this I will in fact be contacting my lawyer and then the corporate office, and I will make sure that this will NEVER,EVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE AGAIN, YOU HAVE MY WORD. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND MOST OF ALL GOOD LUCK CVS IM COMING FOR YOU.

My experience at this CVS was phenomenal. I had a little trouble trying to get my account to pull up at first, but Marie called the manager Kevin over and they were able to fix it. I am so happy to see people that go above and beyond like Marie and Kevin during the shortage of employees world wide. I hope they are given some type of compensation for there kindness.

This CVS is trash. It looks dirty and doesn't smell the best either. The pharmacy is extremely slow and move with no hustle as if you have all day to spend there.

Horrible experience everytime I have to interact I'm anyway with this pharmacy. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy service should be replaced especially from the head management. Zane is the beyond rude, descending, arrogant, and has no desire to help patients. He and this team do the very bare minimum. I have lived here for 3 years and the service has not gotten better from the time I've started dealing with them. They hang up on you, leave you on hold, don't have half the medication they should, and give you the wrong information on the phone. The fact that higher management has not stepped in to correct this location's pharmacy's lack of proficiency speaks to how they feel about their customers and patients.

I've seen bad customer service before but I have never experienced anything as unprofessional as the cvs pharmacy in mattapan. The fact that their corporate office hasn't stepped in and done something by now really speaks to what they think of their customers.
