This is unequivocally the worst pharmacy in Boston. They are persistently rude and dismissive of people who come in. I have both witnessed and experienced their rudeness on numerous occasions. I have had doctor and pharmacy offices to complain to me about how awful it was to try to deal with them.
Recently I called for medications that my doctor’s office called in three times and they hung up in my face twice. I called because the medication had disappeared from my profile and had not been filled. I had proof of my doctor sending the script. I had to call corporate to have them speak to the pharmacy. They lied to corporate and said they received a message from me yesterday and was going to call me. I didn’t call yesterday. My doctor’s office called them yesterday (three times) and they (Dudley CVS ) deleted the prescription out of the system so I now don’t have my medications. For your sanity, don’t send your prescriptions here. They lack empathy and customer care skills.

Worst CVS in Boston! Pharmacy staff is terrible, I believe they should go to some type of sensitivity training. At this point it should be mandatory in all work places. I was just there last week. The Asian, she's always rude. I tried to ask her a quick question and she tells me go get back in the other line. I told her to forget it because a quick question shouldn't take 3 hours. She proceeded to walk away while I was completing the transaction. She was in such a mood, she walked away without giving me the receipt. I had to grab it myself. I wish our local Walgreens was still open!

I don’t know why people leave 1 start for this location but my experience was good. The cashier seemed knowledgeable about coupon.

Most unprofessional and most discriminating place I've ever been to. Employees are oblivious to CVS policies and CVS specials including CVS app features.. they all answer the same, saying they dont know anything. The basic feeling you get shopping here is dreadful. This place feels like a purgatory. Im inclined not to shop at CVS anymore just because they let stores like this one exist.

There was a Latino lightskin Trans women on register rushing my wife for payment which she was using her apple pay and the lady rushed us and looked annoyed. I then told her wait a minute , she looked at me and said back she didn't know if we heard her the first time with her all scrunched up angrily. The door security guard came over and stood in my personal space and asked is everything ok I said yes I just asked her to wait and the trans says I don't need to wait yelling !! and I tell her yes he does we are the customers . Then the security guard trans took what we were trying to purchase and said they will no service us . I immediately got upset and walked out completely outrageous, rude and disrespectful. I hope someone takes some action.

Store not open at 8am stood outside while employees walked to the door looked at me than proceeded to go back inside to open the store with no sense of urgency being that they are late to open, absolutely no acknowledgment when they did open I asked why they just looked at me fluviana and alexandre said they couldn’t open without 2 ppl in the store which there were 2 people hence the employee names I’ve provided so that didn’t make sense, I quickly got my items and as I was at the register I asked if alexandre could help my mother get some tights that were locked up after 4 times of saying the same thing because he had AirPods on he told me he had to cash me out first thn he could help her but I wanted to add it to my purchase so without arguing I paid for my items like he said so he could help my mom and he came back and tried to cash out 5 ppl that were in line when we were the 1st customers in the store and still actively making purchases I told him to get the manager so he called fluviana over and she helped us cash out.. very unprofessional and lack of common sense if my child wasn’t running a bad fever I definitely would have gone else where..

This is by far the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with… I’ve been calling for 2 days to refill a prescription and they don’t answer the phone I stayed on the phone for 3 hrs last night waiting for them to pick up and when the pharmacy closed at 8 the call was disconnected.., now today at this moment I calling and someone answered and started talking about another patient medication not realizing that she answered another cal . When I said I’m not who she think I am she put me on hold and it’s has now been 30 minutes on hold waiting… this place is a joke and the staff don’t care I’m a diabetic and need my meds….. I will be transferring all my meds somewhere else

A short brown skin Spanish guy had 5 or 6 Tide soap powders. He rushed over by the sodas with the soap powder. An Asian lady in the store told the girl she seen him open up the glass case. he broke the lock. When I seen him again he was coming out the store with a trash bag of soap powder. He jumped on his bike n took off. I was in the isle to get lotion. I had to press the button for assistance about 8 times. There’s a reason why it took a long time to help me. She was the only 1 in the store at the time. The other employee a guy was on break. That’s unacceptable to not have a security guard there or a manager. I felt bad and told her to close up the store. It was very dangerous for the both of them. Young people a girl and guy.

I visited CVS on Dudley Street near Uphams Corner today and both the Pharmacist on duty and one of his assistant were extremely helpful. They were quick to answer my question and offered their services which were very helpful. I didn’t even have to wait to pay for the medication recommended. Then I stopped at the floor to get deodorant and again the nice lady who came to unlock the merchandise also offered me her advice and was also quick and helpful in ringing me up.Overall excellent service and friendly people.

I had to get a prescription transferred from my home pharmacy, which as out of stock; my pharmacy looked up the Grove Hall pharmacy on the computer and said they had it in stock. My pharmacy gave me the Grove Hall phone number and address and told me to call them to ask them to fill it. The guy who answered wanted to argue with me, saying over and over "well THEY never called over here." I finally said, "they never said they were calling you, they gave me the phone number and told me to call and that is what I am doing." When I picked up the prescription, I told the guy that I am old and alone, and obviously not feeling well, and that is really stressful to be treated that way. he basically told me to f off. It's the fat white guy with the full beard. Brown hair. What ever happened to being helpful? I told him he should consider how he is treating people. Will never step foot in this place again. The difference in how you are treated in the poorer CVS areas is noticeable. Racism, classicism, I don't careism. Poor people deserve compassion and good service as much as anyone, and they probably need it more.
