I tried to get a COVID booster here a couple weeks ago and was told by the pharmacy manager that because I wasn’t over 65 I couldn’t have one. I told him I was high risk and had been advised to get one due to the spikes over the summer. He asked what I had, I told him, and he had the gall to reply with “well I don’t know what that is” and then tell me the CDC guidance said I couldn’t have one. Which I’m assuming was the *same* CDC guidance I had open on my phone instructing me to get a booster and that all my doctors had also used to advise me to get one. It has been 8 months since my last one, and before that I’d had *10* cases in the previous 18 months before then and been under the care of an infectious disease specialist at a local hospital because of my disastrous immune system that does not know how to cope with this virus.
I left before I said something that would get me kicked out. I’ve since been to my PCP’s practice and an urgent treatment center for guidance from several nurses and doctors, all of whom have been shocked that I would be denied. None of them have boosters left in stock and have to refer us to these outside pharmacies. Fortunately, they made note not to send people here.
Anyway, health does not appear to be a priority here, or treating people with respect or dignity. Avoid this pharmacy.

Turn the front desk workers that seem to be from Africa or somewhere outside the United States are incredibly rude. Every other bad review mentioned about this CVS is true.

Rude employees and no training on the difference between a cash reload and card activation. Only CVS location that I've been to that can't reload Amex Serve

I was going through a really hard time. I called for my med to be expedited. A pharmacist there I think it was Peter. He was very nice and understanding. He even called me back about what med my provider stopped. An average of 2.7 stars rating is an unfair rating for this CVS.
I used a pharmacy technician, I can tell they're over work and under paid. Go easy on them, they're great people. Also they're just trying to help.

Honestly this is a shining example of cost cutting at your expense. Avoid the pharmacy (they don’t care bc the one person answering the phones, filling orders, and trying to help customers is beyond overwhelmed), avoid the check out ( no one is there and the self check outs conveniently don’t bundle or discount, let alone scan), avoid the aisles other than the holiday aisle everything else seems to be left to rot. This is a place you go to because you have to. Never because you want to. Their survey asks about moments of unexpected delight…leaving unscathed.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve had the displeasure to have to work with, and that’s saying something. Staff is short, condescending, and demeaning in their customer service. Repeatedly, I have received notifications that my scripts are ready only to be told (after walking there in 10 degree weather) that they don’t know what I’m talking about. They send me back out into the cold, only to receive another false message that I should come pick up my nonexistent meds. This pharmacy is the reason I’ve had to cold turkey my meds MULTIPLE TIMES. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Unethical and inhumane treatment by their intern Daniel who wanted to shut down and leave sharply at 7 in the middle of serving me my antibiotics. I arrived there at 6:50 with a prescription for antibiotics from urgent care. I was very sick. During my checkout, my valid insurance didn’t go through because of an error in the system. I told Daniel to call my insurance and he refused saying they will close sharply at 7. I called the insurance myself but they didn’t wait for me. Instead he started shutting down the window in front of me and transferred my order to another pharmacy 40 mins away. I had to call the insurance myself and walk 40 mins to get my meds.Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. If you have a patient who needs antibiotics and an employee who wants to leave sharply at 7, who gets priority?

Pharmcy staff is friendly but front counter payment staff is very rude. Does not answer my questions and just says he don't know anything. Felt like he did not want to be there at all.

I’m not coming back to your pharmacy. After ringing up my prescriptions, the pharmacist forgot to ring up my water bottle at the end of the transaction and instead of just taking one second to ring up the water bottle he said can you you please just pay for that at the front. There is a cash register right there where I just paid for my prescriptions! I think there might have been some discrimination going on there. Never coming back to your pharmacy like I said.

WASTED 1HOUR AND NO FLU SHOT I came for a flu shot, waited until the lunch period ended, and asked if I could get one. They agreed but said I needed to wait for half an hour. I agreed and waited nearly an hour. Then they asked, "Did you check in?" I said no. They then told me I needed to make an appointment online in advance and check in for a flu shot. I wondered why they didn't mention this from the very start!

Pathetic service - cashiers don't speak English or know basic math. Only visit if you have 2 hours to spare for a 5 min errand

Waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes for a pharmacist to pick up the phone. Ridiculous.
