Decent sized CVS, staff have always been friendly, usually pretty empty, and have had no problems with the pharmacy so far..plus there is plenty of parking.

DO NOT even bother using this pharmacy to fill prescriptions. I sat on hold with them for 30 minutes to fill a prescription, and then finally decided to just go in person where I waited in line at the pharmacy for a LITERAL HOUR. There were 6 people working there, but they were moving as slow as humanly possible and even wasting time bickering with each other instead of WORKING to move the line along. The phones were ringing and nobody was bothering to answer them either, even though some of them were just standing around doing nothing anyway. Once I finally made it to the front of the line the woman at the counter was so incapable of helping it physically pained me. She did not know how to use the computer system and could not follow the basic information I was giving to her. She couldn't find my prescription in the computer even though I had written confirmation it was sent there - So after waiting for ages she told me to leave and come try again later. The view behind the counter was a nightmare mess as well - Pill bottles, trash, scripts and prescriptions all over the floor. I left empty handed without the medications I needed and incredibly frustrated over an HOUR later. I'm not one to write reviews at all but this experience was easily the worst I've ever had with a pharmacy.

I'm not sure "what-in-the-Dwight-Shrute" policy the manager has here but I parked my car in the FURTHEST spot from the door, BEHIND the building in an EMPTY lot and they had me towed in under 10 minutes. Not sure if they need a hug, a hobby or both but I hope you find love. Sitting and watching parking lot cameras must be a drag - stay in school kids.

Loved the service at the Pharmacy from a tech named Rukky. It was a very frustrating trip but she made it a positive experience and was very helpful. I would return again

DON’T drop off packages without a receipt- I asked for a text message receipt that never arrived and now my package is missing, seemingly never scanned. Also, evening shift manager is lazy, unprofessional and unhelpful. Dancing around the conversation and said, “it’s just a package” even if there’s nothing you can do, just say that w/o low key b attitude.

Jessica assistance manager is super star 100 star helpful and lais is 5 star helpful friendly humble Lindsey 5 star helped me a lot can’t give 5 star cuz my uncle is nurse he arrived to here didn’t has license he applied to here they need employees at pharmacy women manager took interview to him the after while they said we got another we r full blah blah made some excuses cuz mostly hire at referral contact it’s awful I100 star just just for Jessica is superstar helped me a lot friendly helpful and for some pharmacasist Anaya superstar helped me friendly

The time spent on hold to speak with the pharmacy at Market St in Brighton is always way too long, usually at least 10 minutes. Today I called to have a prescription filled that I am unable to request online and waited on hold for 21 minutes (a new record for me).When the pharmacist, Kaitlyn Chin finally picked up the call, I said "wow I can't believe someone finally picked up" there was no apology for the long wait, no thank you for holding, I told her what I needed and she told me I could pick it up after 3 (current time was noon). As I had driven to the store during the long hold, as I was not sure if anyone would ever pick up, I said I needed it sooner, she said "30-45 minutes" and hung up. While sitting in the store today waiting I heard "call holding on line one" and then "two calls holding" I sat there for 20 minutes and the calls were never picked up. There was a constant flow of people but it was not particularly busy. It seems like they are just hoping that people calling will grow tired and hang up. The pharmacist, Kaitlyn Chin ended up being the cashier giving me the medication and I asked if it was an employee shortage causing the issues she responded "yes its that and people are out sick b/c of Covid, you're welcome to apply". Rude response to start but I also wonder if it had something to do with my low cost insurance that prompted the comment. If you read reviews for this location and the Washington St Brighton location there are other complaints about Pharmacist Kaitlyn Chin

Been coming to this location for many years. Great pharmacy staff, floor personnel are accommodating and pleasant. Awesome variety of almost everything you would hope for in a super-drug store!

Was able to find Natural Cycles here very easily. (It's birth control app + thermometer!) Highly recommend.
