I made a photo request and was never notified about my order being ready. So I called. Dude on the phone says hold on and that's it. leaves me there in limbo for 15 minutes. So I went to the store. When I arrived I immediately saw that they were understaffed. So I'm like ok now I understand. So I go upstairs to the photo section. Dude starts helping me out. I'm telling the dude that my wedding anniversary is today and I need the photo. I already waited 2 hours with no confirmation. Dude keeps telling me to come back tomorrow. I already told his thick skull that my anniversary was today 3 times. Maybe it was just a language barrier. And if so I apologize for this review. I'm just really pissed off is all. Don't have a frame for my photo. I'm returning to the store tomorrow and I hope I'm accommodated with a free frame.

People are always rude and not friendly at all. Plus they made my online order “picked” even I didn’t. They stole my money. There are many other CVSs and why we have to go to this store???

It was stock nights and it was still a steady flow customers. The customer service representatives were actually on top of things. There was one person set to the front and the others did you stop and watch the floors and listen to management pretty well I was in and out no problem

The Russian man that works the Night Shift alone is an idiot and pretends not to speak English so that he won’t have to do any work. He is not competent enough nor intelligent to be working ALONE at the CVS.

Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. The pharmacy employees act like it's a chore to fill prescription. Very disappointing!

The evening staff at 587 Boylston St in Boston are very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The night store manager Cleo, who claims to be the store manager, is verbally abuse to Iris and inspite of her being a little bit handicap, Iris is probably one of the few helpful employees of this CVS.

I swear, y'all need to train your staff on how to deal with people and how to provide a decent customer service. These chicks don't know the basic: to communicate in a professional (?) way. It's ALWAYS the same issue - rude, ignorant and classless girls working here. I feel sorry for y'all, honestly. Be miserable at home please.
