Overpriced items. Never order prints from here, their printers are awful and they will make tons of errors and not refund any of it.The people who work there are great but this corporation is trash. They price gouge and pay their workers nothing.

I live around the block and love the pharmacy staff. I know there is a national shortage of pharmacists, so I appreciate the high caliber of the staff especially head pharmacist Jenna who is great. I have had all of my vaccines here as well as prescriptions filled. Staff is very efficient and professional.

The head pharmacist Jenna is very rude - I have picked up prescriptions multiple times and she is judgmental/unhelpful. When calling over the phone to see if the Seaport CVS has the medication in stock before ordering it, she immediately replied "no" (without looking it up) and then when asked for a different CVS that does have it in stock, she replied "none within 20 miles" and hung up.I know this isn't true because I called another CVS nearby and the technician was very kind and helpful - the CVS in South Boston (1 mile away) has the med in stock.I work in healthcare so I know how frustrating it can be sometimes but this was extremely dismissive and upsetting for a relatively easy request. Why work in the industry if you don't want to help people?

The staff is so nice except the pharmacy staff. Literally the nastiest people work here. I tried to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy here and was met with the worst attitude, and least helpful people. Will never fill another rx here.

The rudest people work here wow! The pharmacist has a major attitude and should consider a career switch. If you hate people so much why do you chose a job where you have to interact with them. Horrible experience for someone who is already sick. Do not recommend this place.

Thought I would quickly pick up a prescription before work but the pharmacy was still closed 20 min after it was supposed to be open. All the other staff were here and helpful waiting for the pharmacist to come in... I suggest the pharmacist here should get a lesson on timeliness and the other staff here get a raise for meeting the basic requirements of running a business over the supposed expert. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Lady at the pharmacy hung up on me while I was asking for help. She sounded like she a attitude and annoyed to do her job. I hope you learn how to talk to people.

I arrived at 10:55 p.m. only to find out that both entrances were blocked. I tried to get into any customer was leaving and I was bum-rushed by the staff and they were screaming at me that they were closed I said to them that it's not 11 p.m. yet and the door should not be locked before 11 p.m. but the route Indian Middle Eastern guy was in my face aggressive and very very rude as if I didn't hear him or understanding. I heard and understood very clear both of them The guy ended the girl, however their obnoxiousness was not necessary or called for at this moment when I could have basically got in my drink within 30 seconds in back before they even thought of I even did anything good or bad to their store. It's a legal to have your establishment closed doors before the actual time God forbid I needed an emergency God forbid I needed something to save my life but this was not the customer value store that they claim to be and they really need to replace the entire staff that work here they need new jobs this is nothing type of energy that the seaport deserves.

Pharmacy listed 10am open online. I got there and they have their own sign that says 11am? Are you kidding me!? Caught an uber down here to wait an extra hour? How are they setting their own hours depsite what it states on line? Get it together CVS. I'm beyond upset.

Pharmacy is closed between 1:30-2pm for staff break everyday...not sure why they don't stagger the break times, but sure. However even if I show up at 1:22pm, I'll be denied service and told to return later because they're having lunch break soon. Come anytime close to lunch/closing and you may be denied service based on their perception of your prescription's urgency. Happens to me about 75% of the time when I come to this location

No bathrooms available for your loyal customers,one of the biggest chains of stores in America does not allow customers to use the bathroom when they shop there ….shame on you !!!
