I cannot drive home the importance of checking every product you buy, as the transient homeless people will walk in, break the seal on a drink, take a sip off of it, recap it and put it back on the shelf.And they will also do that with random food items.South Station is complete anarchy

The self serve photo kiosks are completely useless unless you want to use them for passports. Can't even make Christmas cards with their templates and they don't have any paper to print them. So much for getting Christmas cards this year. No way to transfer what you do to your phone either. Very inconvenient.

Everything is locked up. This is not convenient. I would rather purchase online than have to beg people to open a door for deodorant. embarrassing for cvs

Your typical CVS, with a slightly expanded travel section. The first floor is limited as most items are on the second floor. Plenty of self checkout machines. Aisles not always well stocked. At least it's spacious and fairly clean.

We needed help to find a product. The first long hair Asian guy wasn't friendly at all and barely answered me. The second one didn't want to move, but finally helped me a bit. I will never go that CVS (this is the store problem not CVS). I think this store needs refresh or customer service education.

I used self checkout and of course had an issue. A friendly and efficient staff member helped me out and saved me from losing my money. She noticed that my box of eye drops felt lighter than it should. Sure enough someone stole the eye drops and taped the box shut. I didn't notice but thankfully she did!

Barbara their cashier seemed to have some difficulty handling her job she did apologize for the inconvenience I’ve worked in this Industry for years so I’m understanding when I approach situations that may come off pretty unprofessional to most people but Ana the “amazing” manager on duty was fast efficient and absolutely amazing and saved the day the last thing I needed after a 3 hour ride with an aching back to Boston was to have to go to another cvs and thanks to Ana I didn’t have to and her personality was what we need more of in the customer service industry ? please keep her around

I called asking questions regarding a transfer. Instead I was treated to sarcasm, followed by someone pretending to sound like I was satisfied with my conversation. The person on the phone then ended the phone call before I could think of a question.I understand working in a pharmacy is not easy and sometimes customers can be loud. But when someone is nice it is expected to do the same.I recommend this establishment hires people that know how to socialize with customers.

One in south station Boston is one favorite because variety ,size two floors of foods and including healthy organic foods and frozen foods too .so I always stop in when in area last visit 2020

Little does this cvs know, I actually work for the company . I don’t like how as I come into the store especially upstairs the entire staff follows me around and they make it noticeable.. This happens every time I step foot in that store .. from the two older women both whom wear glasses make it a point to to stop what they’re doing to follow me.. Everybody who is black is not a thief and should y be treated like one especially seeing as I’m actually a colleague for the company ..
