I recently had a disheartening encounter at CVS that compelled me to share my experience. While shopping, an employee made inappropriate comments about my family speaking Chinese. When I attempted to address the issue, she responded with aggression and rudeness. There has also been another incident where my mom had came into the pharmacy to get my disabled father's medicine and was treated rudely due to the fact that she could not speak English and made the mistake of thinking the employee was able to address her needs. Since 400 Tremont Streets CVS has closed, this location was the closest and convenient for us, but will be taking our business elsewhere. This lack of respect and empathy is unacceptable. I hope CVS takes steps to ensure such incidents are properly addressed in the future.

I went into this CVS to buy some allergy relief medication. The tag had a sale sign for $8, and the original price was $11. When I had paid it rang up at $11 and I didn't notice until it was too late. I got back in line and asked for a refund + price modification. Both cashiers asked me if I had checked the date of the sticker, they didn't believe me when I said it was on sale for $8. I said I didn't check the date, because I would assume that if the tag was up then it should be that price. It's not my job to check the dates, it's your job to put it up when it's valid, and to take it down when it is not. Anyways, the female cashier didn't even know how to refund me, instead she tries charging me again. She proceeds to call her manager over because she's clueless, and her manager asked if I took a picture.. once again I didn't take a picture, she then goes to check the sign, comes back and asks me to bring her because she didn't know where it was. Nice, a manager that doesn't even know where her own products are. I bring her to the price tag and she points out that it isn't valid until tomorrow. Why the hell would you put up the sale tag up today if it doesn't start until tomorrow? She made a big deal over it until she finally agrees to modify the price and give me my refund. The security guard notices the manager was assisting me and he comes over as if I'm some sort of suspicious criminal.. This all could have been easily avoided if they had just put up the tags on the correct date. Not only was I patient with them, the cashier and manager were both horribly rude and had vicious attitudes. Horrible customer service, I never met a bunch of idiots that were so clueless. Someone needs to retrain these people.

They always mess up prescription orders. Either they fill it with the wrong quantity or completely lose the script entirely. They need some help or common sense. They suck!
