Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. The pharmacy employees act like it's a chore to fill prescription. Very disappointing!

Needed a photo for non-American Visa. Employee had no idea what the visa photo requirements were and had no interest when I tried to explain them to her. She took the photo with my head tilted and with a shadow, which I tried to explain was not acceptable. She printed it anyway and then walked away. Better off taking it at home. Gave an additional star only because she didn’t make me pay for it

The blonde short older lady that works there needs to relax at the self-checkout. I was navigating through the self-checkout screen and she went over and pressed buttons on my behalf when I didn't ask. I wasn't finished on the previous screen and she came over and basically forced me to pay and leave. Rude individual and she needs to relax, she's really annoying. Do better lady.

This is the best CVS photo I've been to. It's up on the second floor and there's a window nearby so you get flattering natural lighting. Jenitza took my picture, and she was the best! She printed it immediately and I was on my way. So happy with my experience here, after having bad ones elsewhere.

CVS is my go to store for convenience and comfort foods and almost all my prescription medications. They really do have a little bit of everything: junk food; groceries; a wall of drinks; toiletries; cleaning products; pharmacy.Unfortunately, the staff at this location has a reputation for neglecting and/or insulting customers. Read the reviews and you'll see that this is a long-standing pattern and not personal to me. Although, I have experienced it many times. THE DEAL: there are three CVS' in Back Bay. Go to one of the others. This one runs the risk of having an entitled employee try to ruin your good day!

Wait around at the pharmacy till someone decides to help you. Homeless people spread around the door etc. escalators broken most of the time. I would advise you go to the Newbury street location. They make a little more effort.
