A public health risk due to low staffing. Spent an hour in line the other day while one pharmacist had to run the register, answer phones, give us our meds, give vaccines. The place looks like a bomb hit it. I’ve been out of one of my meds for about a month now. You can’t call to discuss this because your call won’t be answered. The app doesn’t work so you can’t get the refill that way. Pharmacists are being forced to work in dangerous conditions where they are certainly going to make mistakes. I completely support their decision to strike at CVS. CVS is making huge profits. Their decision to continuously cut staff at their pharmacies is a public health menace.

I've used this CVS location for over a year. My normal hold time is 20 min every time I call and I'm always immediately placed on hold without my consent. I can't physically enter the Target to go to the CVS counter so I have to wait every time. I've finally had enough, run out of patience, and switched all of my prescriptions to a CVS location that appreciates my business enough to answer the phone.

Mediocre service at best. Hours seem like a suggestion and several employees seem exceptionally disinterested.

Feb2023: 2⭐: I would not recommend this pharmacy at this time. This location is attached to a Target inside the structure of the Target building. I stopped by this location after the lunch hour to pick up some medicine but I needed a consultation. When I walked up to the counter and stood there, there were two female standing in the back. Just looking who did not approach the counter and did not say anything at all. I assumed they were still on their lunch hour and we're not going to say anything until their time for lunch was finished. I would assume that if it was the lunch hour they would have pulled the cage down or put up a sign indicating that they were closed for lunch. Either way, I didn't get the consultation I needed at the time when I needed it. I did go to another location to pick up my medication instead of this one.

Store menager Alan was so rude when I asked about price and to explain how much should I pay for the script ,and which insurance did they apply for it or coupon ...At the end he was smiling like ignoring without any explanation and no respect to the patient.

We got the latest booster on Saturday, 9/3, around 4pm on Labor Day weekend. We filled out the detailed registration online but the pharmacist also had to enter info into the computer when we got to the pharmacy. She did this for us and others getting boosters while filling multiple prescriptions for others. The pharmacist did a great job! I noticed a sign that said ‘pharmacy closed while pharmacist has half hour lunch.’ I’ve been told that same sign was posted at another CVS too. Seems like more pharmacy staff need to be hired!! Happy to get my booster from this excellent and hard working pharmacist.

They can be very rude here. If you can choose another location please do so.

Complete waste of my time trying to get my booster here. I self attested online and qualify, but the pharmacist wanted me to prove my eligibility, provid my list of medications, and call my doctor! Over a booster that half the country doesn’t even want!!! I am a cancer patient! Just because I am under 50 does not mean I do not have underlying health conditions. Absolutely ridiculous that someone who qualifies for the second booster is not believed. I will NEVER go here again. Believe your patients next time, CVS. This is why no one is getting vaccinated.

They're nice and fast. They also have delivery options which saves me from going outside.

They are generally ok, but can be rude and impatient when it comes to insurance changes. They just assume everyone's insurance life is that simple and just need to call one single party and all problems will be solved. That is assumptive and not respectful.
