I am so frustrated. I am trying to get a prescription for a week. I've been on the phone and in person serval times this week. Each time they said they sent a request to my dr. Well my dr said he didn't get the request. He did his own form for a prior authorization. At 7:43 am the PA went through and I have been trying to find out when I can pick up the script. My dr wants me to take it ASAP because I have been without for two days. I have been hung up on twice today! Ugh! I am currently on hold again. This time for 32 minutes so far. Why would CVS have a phone number if they can't handle the call volume?

My experience using this pharmacy has been pure excellence every time To go above and beyond in their customer service. It is clear that they are understaffed and are always doing their best. I am so happy that I have this as my main pharmacy. Specifically Josh made my experience extra fantastic today - he really made my day and does not realize the impact he had on how his kindness and assistance has helped in many ways. Keep up the amazing work 1150 Saratoga St CVS Pharmacy Team!

A plus and happy service all the way around. When I went in quick to pick up some convenience items, it wasn't too packed at all. Everyone was mad and separated and spaced out. There was a divider at the counter and the clerk was wearing a mask as well. All in all got in and out of no time super safe and happy

I transferred to this pharmacy for the drive thru, but it's never open. Long lines inside. Always understaffed.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to, let alone a pharmacy. They are ridiculously understaffed and the shelves are almost always bare. The pharmacy staff are rude and one man can barely understand what you are saying. They are out of stock of important medications and it takes them a long time to get them back. The prices are also extremely high. Unless you have no other choice, DO NOT go here.

Literally, the worst place on earth but people that live near here have limited to no other options. They ignore you, don't answer the phone and close the drive through without notice daily. Every single month there is an issue filling scripts that takes at least a week of going in daily to get them to address.

Horrible service I ever had. No customer service. Work like robot!!! no heart with sick people. No delivery service like another CVS. Tell me to us another CVS. I don't even want to give them any star.

I am wheelchair bound and would simply like to know if my prescription is ready for pickup btw the automated system does not give accurate info via my experience as well as this screen shot of how long I've been on hold for. While on hold my wife left the house and is already back with the script and noticed the technicians standing, chatting, even joking a bit while she stood there.CVS is a disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry

Absolutely the worst location for COVID testing. Made an appointment for COVID-related travel test; called beforehand to make sure I can come with no car and was told it's fine; showed up and was told I need to go through drive through; had to get an uber and wait in line for 40 minutes to get a COVID test through the drive through; you have to self administer the test inside the uber; WORST PART: the pharmacist was incredibly rude and gave wrong tubes to everyone for COVID test on that day. The test came back inconclusive as a result and I had to rebook my flights because of it at my own cost. Don't go there for COVID testing!

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I have ever had at a Pharmacy. I really needed this medicine. Went to pick it up and was told CVS had to contact my Dr. before they could fill. I called Dr. and he said he called CVS twice and was put on hold 20 minutes each time with nobody answering. My Dr. finally gave up.... While I was there with my Dr. on my cell phone, the speakers continued to announce.. Pharmacy Line 1, Line 2, etc. No CVS employee responded. I cannot believe that Corporate CVS allows this.
