I went to pick up my script 9/16/23 I received email confirmation sho that itbwas delivered 9/15/23 at 10:27am. They did not see it in their system i tried to tell the, it was received and it was a refrigerated item. no one tried to move away from the computer to look for it. I was told it was not there. I had to call CVS specialty and on hold with them for over 20 minutes before I was told that medication was licate. I sent back 9/23/23 picked up my script and was to pick up 2 for my mother however, apparently the nurse did not call in the second script. the cashier was a little belligerent about people need to in scripts if they expect to pick them up. first off they were not open at 9am because the pharmacist was running late. yeah with her coffee in hand. so the cashiers and I were arguing back and forth. as I left I called her a f---ing B--Ch. I felt really awful when I got home. I went back 9/24/23 again not opened at 9am. I came up the same cashier and said to her I want to sincerely apologize to you from the bottom of my heart that I had no right to speak to you the way i did yesterday. she said she did not accept my apology and that she i have to my meds from another CVS that I cant fill them there. I said what about my mother she had nothing to do with this. she said her scripts can't be filled there either. they thought it was a joke because the guy had a snicker on his face. they could have call me and told me this over the phone instead this was her way to embarrass me like I did her. but I was the better woman by apologizing to her. they got that one star because I had to choose they deserve a NEGATIVE STAR. This CVS is a mess. The pharmacy line is a dozen customers deep. The phone system is blaring out “5 pharmacy calls” and no one is answering. I’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for my scheduled vaccination appointment.

The retail staff are very friendly, but the pharmacy is AWFUL!!! There’s a Walgreens close by on River Street, go there instead.

Absolutely hands down the most bizarre experience of my life, every single time I go in. This CVS seems to operate based on the social norms and etiquette of a different dimension. It feels like an out of body experience every time I go in. First and foremost, the staff is really VERY nice and does the best that they can. The pharmacy staff is EXCEEDINGLY patient - I mean the kind of stuff that would break me in an instant. There's always a long pick up line (not surprising, given the densely populated neighborhood surrounding it). Sometimes people try to present "LOL" (little old lady) passes to skip the line by just talking over the other customers in line in hopes to at they will be helped first. No ma'am, these pharmacy techs were not born yesterday and do NOT accept excuses. One woman recently tried to say she had jury duty...ma'am no you don't, it's 3:40 in the afternoon...Another time the self checkout was broken and one of the employees granted me as "m'lady" and spoke in an Old English accent throughout the whole time he helped me. He was very nice, but again just added to the list of experiences I've had at this CVS that made me "pinch" myself.There's always someone grunting and groaning about the line, but overall I like this CVS.

Have to give kudos to the present pharmacy staff, especially Gina from the pharmacy. Who was very pleasant and personable as she took medication info and dispersed orders. Best experience I've had in 5 years of getting my meds at this CVS.

Why did I wait on the phone for the pharmacy to answer for 20 mins. No one even came on the line to say hello please hold we're busy. That would have been great. Customer service for pharmacy gets 3 thumbs down. Maybe that's their plan. Get everyone to hang up.

We just left the CVS on New Year's Eve. One would think that the cashier being the only one working and on New Year's Eve might be in a little bit of a bad mood. But she was so pleasant and gave us such great service. We were so happy to have interacted with her. We hope that the manager sees this and thanks her for her kindness as we did tonight.

The pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst. It was the closest to my home at the time and constantly had problems especially the wait time which is ridiculous. Today my doctor electronically put in for refills of my medication I went 3 and a half hours later waited in line for 20 mins when there was only 2 customers ahead of me however there was 4 people working behind the counter after the cashier helped the 2 customers and it came my turn she said hold on and proceeded to call out names for prescriptions for people waiting around and made me wait an addition 22 mins. When she finally decided to help me she said oh yours is not ready we are still working on it like she couldn't tell me that 42 min earlier. I don't understand how it was still being worked now over 4 hours later

Nice people here, Gina in the Pharmacy is as nice as it gets .The store is well stocked ,and the front cashiers are great and helpful

I've been to several Pharmacies over the years, and this is the first time I've had to wait 6 days for a pharmacy to fill a prescription. And they promised to call when it was ready, (they didn't have pills in stock), and they didn't. Other pharmacies, and this one too,usually, filled in 24 hours. Maybe the boss was on vacation.
