Whose idea is it to open a pharmacy with the actual pharmacy closed???? What genius created that work schedule? Always a problem...this is why I NEVER EVER use CVS! What brain child thought it was a good idea to open a pharmacy and you can't pick a basic prescription? False advertising. Had to double check my receipt to ensure and yes it does say CVS PHARMACY -- not gas station, grocery store or something other than PHARMACY!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

we shop every day in this store and this supervisor do not know how to speak with customers and focus only on their phones so better close the store and open the entertainment placeas long as these employees working should not coming back in this store

Two of my favorite CVS are in Chinatown and the other one is at the other end of Washington Street in downtown crossing I love both of these places in particular because they are helpful if you need help and they have known me as a long time customer there they always go out of their way to help and many times they have sales on different things like cereal and Pepsi Coke mountain dew I feel their ice cream is too expensive though almost $8 for a small tub of ice cream which you can get almost two of those for $8 at Roche Brothers but other than that CVS is really good and I highly recommend them if you need some quick items! ?

Kledon has excellent customer service skills.He is always with a great attitude and happy to help.I am surrounded my few CVS locations but I always pick this location because of the outstanding customer service!!!

Thank god for this CVS and its staff. I came running here in search of an urgently needed healthcare item that the other CVS location down the street had run out of. It was 6:02 pm when I arrived; this location closes at 6 every day. Fortunately, after some explaining of the situation, the staff was willing to let me in and get me what we needed.

I just left CVS without getting anything because of the horrible service. I had come in to get some photos printed. After asking for help with the machine, I was informed the machine was not in service. I questioned why I wasn't told, as I had been on it for a couple minutes while the two staff stood by (literally 3 ft away) talking. The female associate with the glasses rudely told me that there was a sign on it. (There was, but it wasn't visible.) Later, when I went to purchase a few items in self-checkout, the items weren't ringing up correctly. I pressed the light for assistance, but after waiting for a minute without anyone coming by, while the same two associates were talking, I decided to leave. As I was leaving, the same female associate rudely shouted, "Excuse me! You have to pay for that." I informed her that I didn't take anything. When she saw the items still at the register, she didn't apologize for accusing me of stealing. I told her the items weren't ringing up correctly. She told me she would have to ring me up at the register. I went to the register, but decided I didn't want to buy anything from the store after being treated so badly.

Blah CVS. Considering this pharmacy is Rhode Island based; you would think this to be a flag ship location. Nope! It is derelict, next to an alley. Strange stragglers and drunks hang around. There were empty birth control packages and opened tooth brush packs on the sidewalk. Inside the carpets are hazy, fungussed and appear like a scene from the Dude in 'The Big Lebowski'. It stank. All the shelves were littered. Pay $1.70 for smallest water: it's c99 in other cities. Food was past its expiration and there were no tellers.. Will never return. Rebel review: 1

Really impressed with the Staff who go out of their way to help. Very convenient to the neighborhood and is well stocked. They readily give rainchecks on anything out of stock
