I to CVS a the time back at home to buy essential items. But this CVS has something that I have never seen before and that is most of the items are locked up behind glass making it hard to read ingredient lists and to compare products. I assume this CVS must have a problem with theft as I could think of no other reason to lock things up. But I asked and the cashier said that was the case. So sad that a tourist arae like this has a bad problem like theft. Anyway I purchased one item I needed and will wait until I get home to stock up on other essentials.

Some of the pharmacists are the most miserable people I've ever met. It's baffling that people with such a strong disdain for humanity would pursue the medical field in the first place.

Checked out with a bag of candy at the pharmacy counter and the CVS worker asked me if he could "try one of my candies". Explained to the PHARMACIST that I didn't feel comfortable potentially spreading diseases.

This pharmacy is horrible. I would definitely give a negative review because of the Cantonese speaking cashier. She's short, with short hair and glasses. She's really rude and ruined my experience as a tourist. In addition, she's not professional and doesn't have a clue of the cvs product. She also gave me wrong information and not being patient. Besides, she commented on us in the back using Cantonese and she either thought we dont understand Cantonese or she doesn't even care. I don't even know how she could pass the interview as not being a professional person.

Apparently, CVS Pharmacy closes between 1:30 and 2:00. I got there at 1:28 to pick up medication, waited in line, and then when it's my turn, they tell me to come back in a half hour. Nice. Right?

This CVS has the nerve to watch people when it's full addicts and the women in the pharmacy are Pure Evil Wendy ,Yuen the Manager that runs the Pharmacy Constantly asking you to spell your name like they can't see it on your insurance card asking you a hundred times for your address how to spell your name your age over and over and over to waist time and make you mad they're pure evil because they're little girls with petty petulant nothing going on The Staff in the store act like they own it and they are clear Psychopaths including one named McKayla Tall Female who I had to check personally. I don't recommend this cvs all they do is lie they employees are rude nasty and crazy so I would avoid it

This CVS is great for where it is. It is right by the HI Boston Hostel and has all the essentials all in one place. They have one gallon sized water as well as 1.5 liter water bottles when I went back in late September 2021. They also have ready-made sandwiches near the front of the store in the refrigerators. I also saw that they had the tuna kits with crackers and mayo in one of the aisles. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying nearby and need to get something quick. They're open until 11PM while most other stores closed pretty early nearby. Not sure about parking because it was walking distance from the Hostel.

This CVS and their pharmacy were great.First time in decades, different state, and yet, when my out-of-state provider called in a common prescription, all went smoothly. I even got a phone call within the hour, informing me the medication was ready! Pleasant, efficient, polite pharmacist too.

This is such a scam place! I am one of the victims! Some thief or hacker stole customers, who used to visited this place, credit card information and spent thousands and thousands of money INSIDE!!! Of course at CVS branch level they don't have authority for reimbursement, so customers went to their bank to file claims. Several months later, the merchant fought back to the bank and stated that those customers visited them within past years, CVS doubted these must be "acting fraudulent", so bank refused to pay back to customers, because customers must received benefits on this, and customers have to eat their lost!!! How can a regular person in a pharmacy and convenient store can spent thousands and thousands of money??!! To buy what??? Think about the common sense, CVS! you saved your money but you lost your reputation!!!!

Extremely well trained and genuinely friendly staff. They have a large staff that is always near if you need help or have questions. I have never had to call or wait for assistance. I live in the neighborhood and drop in at least once or twice a day for milk, bread and such. It is important that I can get in and out in a timely manner. This CVS never disappoints.

As in most CVS stores, the staff here are particularly polite, courteous and helpful, solving every issue that arises quickly and effectively. I have to specifically give kudos to the gentleman (maybe mid-thirties? Dark hair) that is usually at the check-out area and who always greets everyone there with a warm smile and kind words and remembers regular customers.
