There’s an old lady as a cashier who is racist . The other employees seems to be quite good.

The blonde short older lady that works there needs to relax at the self-checkout. I was navigating through the self-checkout screen and she went over and pressed buttons on my behalf when I didn't ask. I wasn't finished on the previous screen and she came over and basically forced me to pay and leave. Rude individual and she needs to relax, she's really annoying. Do better lady.

Manager Cleo…. So I went in looking for a charger, waited in line and asked before my turn “were there any chargers?” The manager stated he was working with another customer and i apologized. He then finishes with the customer and turns to me and says “how can I help you?” I repeat the question. He says NO. Behind him there is a wall full of chargers that he refuses to even turn around and look through, I then point out the charger , he calls someone to the front for the keys and I tell him I will be reaching out! He had the nastiest attitude and SAYS TO HIS EMPLOYEES “ you see this black girl, ridiculous” what does race have to do with anything sir??? It was about a charger and you have to add race? I will be reaching out to headquarters MR. CLEO was clearly being prejudice.

CVS is my go to store for convenience and comfort foods and almost all my prescription medications. They really do have a little bit of everything: junk food; groceries; a wall of drinks; toiletries; cleaning products; pharmacy.Unfortunately, the staff at this location has a reputation for neglecting and/or insulting customers. Read the reviews and you'll see that this is a long-standing pattern and not personal to me. Although, I have experienced it many times. THE DEAL: there are three CVS' in Back Bay. Go to one of the others. This one runs the risk of having an entitled employee try to ruin your good day!

Wait around at the pharmacy till someone decides to help you. Homeless people spread around the door etc. escalators broken most of the time. I would advise you go to the Newbury street location. They make a little more effort.

The "Rachael's Hand Crafted Wrap" item sold at this location is the most inedible food I've had to date. Astoundingly bad

All i did was give them my number and got the cvs member card and now i get all these coupons to my email that are fifty percent off and you dont need to print it out. You can just show them the email on your phone. All the CVS does this not just this one. And it has everything too

Never in my life have I thought that I'd ever leave a five star review for a CVS. But I got my passport photos done by Alaysha and she provided the friendliest and most competent service possible. Promote her please.

I had a really good experience here. I was welcomed by 2 employees at the front of the building. I was then helped by an employee when I was trying to shove a dollar in the wrong place of the self check-out stand. Good CVS, would go back.

Careless employee in passport. I understand the holidays are terrible in retail, and i always try to keep interactions light and quick with associates. The lady taking my passport photos couldnt care less, and any customer was clearly a huge burden. The photos she took were obviously blurry and i asked if we could re do them because i couldnt afford delays in the passport process and i was concerned they would get rejected. She said no they were fine and just told me to pay the $19 and got an attitude when i didnt pull out my wallet quick enough. Of course they were rejected, and i missed the trip. Its fine if you hate your job but dont take it out on customers who rely on your IMPORTANT service.

Convenient CVS location near Boston Common which is open 24 hours. The store is across the street from Trinity Church and situated on 2 floors. Noticed the store has a security presence in the front. Understandable since the store is in the city. Though the store is fairly large, it seems a bit rundown as the escalator was broken and I couldn't find one of the items that I was looking for which was zinc. Maybe it was sold out? Overall, I thought this CVS was okay for a city store. Nice to know you can head to this store at all hours of day for a remedy if you aren't feeling well assuming they have the product you want in stock.

Very rude employees. I have been treated poorly as a paying customer on more than one occasion - to the point where I choose not to shop or purchase my prescriptions there anymore. I now shop at Walgreen's (Roxbury Crossing being a favorite), which has a neighborhood feel to it. In all fairness, some of the employees at the door/checkout stations are nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good.
