I've always been very pleased with CVS located at Highpoint Village in Roslindale. Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I have also had all of my Covid shots there, and they explain everything to you before administering anything.

Employees are NOT kind or helpful! I got the impression they were miserable at work through quick interaction at checkout. Left items at register and walked out.

I do not use this store for my medications nor does my husband! There never seems to be anyone to ask a question to in the store! Cashiers can de friendly, it depends on their mood! The store is big , lots of parking ! The store is ok I just go to another cvs I feel more comfortable with! I do find the lines in this store long! And at the pharmacy it's hard to ask questions! Check it out!

They do not provide COVID vaccinations. My appointment got cancelled on a whim of the guy at the pharmacy. He said he did not like my paperwork, but looked more like he was on a power trip. I wonder how many COVID deaths are on his hands.

Welp Yelpers, today is the day I start my search for a new pharmacy. I went in to have a prescription filled and the pharmacist tried to tell me it was to soon, was very rude, and wrong. J asked to speak with someone else after failing to convince her she she was not counting correctly (shouldn't it just say this in their system??).She kept saying I had picked up my med at 4p last time it was filled as if that changes which day it was, and kept counting off by a day.She mumbled sassily "I'll get someone else, but they're just going to tell you the same thing" as she walked away.The next pharmacist came over and I told him either my my math is off (which it wasn't) or they've shorted me...again, like they shorted me 3 pills months ago which I luckily caught when I got home and went back to have corrected.He started to give me a talking to about how I should have come back right away if I was shorted this time, and how they always double count prescriptions. I stopped him, saying this wasn't even the point and to please fill my script since it was eligible. Then, get this, he says, "I'll have it ready in 15 minutes". Wait...what? So now your saying I AM right, but aren't Saying That? Just pretending nothing just happened?I was baffled. I hadn't done or said anything wrong, Yet was treated like some sketchy suspicious lunatic, and then, without a word about any of it, just told to wait fifteen minutes for my medication. OKAY.So my med was then filled and the first pharmacist sent the guy working the drive through window to ring me up because...she was too proud? This is not the first time I've been treated poorly here, had extreme difficulty getting a script filled for no justifiable reason, or left feeling embarrassed, upset, etc. and so, I've had it.Anyone working in healthcare related fields should strive to keep customers at ease and grasp the concept of empathy. The goal should be to assist in a timely manner. Oh, and basic math skills are a plus! TLDR: Do yourself a favor and pick another pharmacy that treats customers like customers not criminals and isn't constantly behind or messing up scripts.

The longest line I have ever waited in. People would wait ten minutes at the front of the line before even being greeted, while workers are listlessly ambling around. Considering the degrees and compensation required to be a pharmacist, I expect a bit of professionalism.

Polite employees but computerized prescription does not work reliably. On multiple occasions prescription was not found despite being filled and confirmed on the CVS app. Major IT issues which need to be redolved.

Great staff, especially upfront and the supervisors and management. I enjoy going to shop here, most of the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help! Great CVS store, My favorite!!

I have used this CVS pharmacy for a long time, and increasingly over these past few years, I have encountered nothing but unfriendliness, negative experiences, and a general lack of readiness to be helpful. I have had prescriptions for the same medications for years and years. About a year ago, for no apparent reason, I was informed by the pharmacy staff that they couldn't fill my prescription and I needed to call my health insurance provider. Which I did. They informed me that there should have been no problem filling my script, as my insurance was active. I then proceeded to call CVS back, who gave me the same song and dance. I then proceeded to play telephone tag with my health insurance providers, as they told me over and over - and over - again that there was no reason for this issue to be encountered. When I suggested that the pharmacist call my provider directly (cutting me out as the middleman, as I had talked to each respective party multiple times and was getting nowhere), they were reticent. After finally getting my script filled (roughly 20 phone calls later), I thought the issue was resolved. I was wrong. I encountered the same problem when I took my scripts there two months later. Exasperated, I asked for my prescriptions back and took them to Walgreen's, who filled it WITHIN TWO HOURS. No phone calls. No problems. No fuss. I will not using this pharmacy again, and I suggest to anyone who has prescriptions to fill: take them down the road to Walgreen's.

I love this CVS. I need to refill prescriptions several times a month and the pharmacists know me well, know my prescriptions and make refills and pick up at the window very very easy. I am a physician and I find that the staff at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable.I find both the pharmacy staff and the other employees friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and I always find what I want.

Stood for 30min waiting to pick up a rx to be told to start the line over at drop off bc they wouldn't update my insurance company. Unbelievable Save yourself a trip

My first time in here and there's an old lady yelling at an inexperienced cocky employee with an attitude and an old woman beside him that hates her life. I went in here for two drinks and waited at least ten minutes cuz the older lady behind the counter was working with a woman who was returning all her items. By the time I was paying the woman also had an attitude when I gave her the money. I also used my dads CVS card and she seemed to have a problem with that too so never going to this one again

I am never filling a prescription here again. They don't provide any updates unless you ask, so if your meds are out of stock you just wait and wait. This has happened to me multiple times. They also botch photo orders on the regular. Find a different pharmacy.
