Tara the manager is wonderful and extremely helpful. The facility is very safe and I love that they require everyone to check in and out. I have never had an issue and am a repeat customer.

Just rented a unit from here yesterday and was extremely impressed with the facility and customer service. I was greeted with a smile from Andrew who really took care of all my storage requirements and questions. He was extremely kind and took me on a complete tour of the facility and my unit. After meeting Andrew, I feel like I made the correct decision on choosing CubeSmart Self Storage on Mass Ave for all my storage needs. The entire process was swift and easy. Would recommend.

Could not be happier with the service I received, as the owners of this location are wonderfully helpful. The process of moving things in and out of the storage unit was simple, and the unit itself was clean. I set up the automatic monthly payments which was super convenient, and I had no issues canceling when I no longer needed the unit. Highly recommend!

I have had a good experience renting a unit here. Andrew is always so friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept and the facility is clean. It is in a rough part of town but the team, particularly Andrew, makes sure that the facility is secure and the doors are opened and closed properly.
