Worst experience ever trying to cancel my membership I was charged 70$for annal fee and the following week another 42$ contacted the gym trying to get the issue resolved with no Avail their telling me stuff like I can’t cancel the gym membership like why can’t I cancel a gym membership??
I’m back another week why am I still getting charged 540$ for a gym membership that I’m

This place is a disgrace and a disaster. All the stuff there are rude and so unprofessional. The manager is so useless and she doesn’t know anything about nothing how to even be a manager. She needs to go work At McDonald and pass fries. My girlfriend opened an account there , after a month she decided she wants to cancel the account. So tell me why they are refuse to cancel the membership and every numbers they provided to us after being so unprofessional then none of the numbers work. You can not get in touch with no one They are stealing people’s money. They are robbing people. On top of all that they called the police on us to leave the place. Worst place ever to workout. The people there are trash. They rude. Do not waste your money on that gym. Crunch is trash.

They are thieves to sign up, they tell you one thing, you don't pay what they say, they charge you more and then they don't want to cancel your subscription, they keep charging you, you pay to cancel and they still keep charging you monthly.

Worst experience I've had trying to cancel my membership . I relocated and closed out my account and yet I continue to get charged every single month. I called to resolve this issue and no one would help me no one called me back.

They are thieves, I crivi 2022. Cásele la menbresia, they renewed it automatically in 2023 and 2024, each renewal they did without me atorisar they took $70 from me. Apart from me canceling they charged me $14, they are a scourge

Friendly staff. Really good personal trainers and amazing equipment. Plus really clean bathrooms It used to but now when I went back, new staff but they try to pressure into personal training when you don't want it. Not upkept or clean, equiment not maintained and no enforcement of staff to make sure people clean up after themselves. Also the fact that people treat it as a hang out and one guy brings his speaker to blast music!!!

Great for its value and proactive with personal training & classes. They just gotta clean the place more, bathroom trash bin is always overflowed and I found a rotten apple core near the massage area once. Ultimately I left because I ran into too many instances where patrons were “reserving” machines despite not physically being at them. One time an older dude halted me from using the bench because another guy across the gym, doing a different workout, had called it. Just not the right gym etiquette, not the right environment for me, but I respect the work they do and can appreciate that it’s a very local & inviting community atmosphere for some.

This gym gets packed so I understand why a lot of things get damaged so often. Staff is very friendly. I think the light switching off towards closing is a bit childish but and dangerous but I like the Gym.

Update: With the renovations Crunch Roslindale is doing pretty well. With great workers/staff like Shaquai the place keeps afloat. I do hope Shaquai is being paid his worth, from his early arrivals to the gym, to the care he shows customers and other staff.

The worst customer service EVER. Mariah , the owner is so rude, she yelled in my face, doesn’t have time to answer questions. Apparently she is like this with everyone she has a discussion with. I attempted to contact someone else to report her , to no avail. Disgusting person.
