It's a parking garage on mass Ave lol. Expect homeless sleeping there and the lovely smell of urine. Mostly used for hospital personnel.

5th floor parking . No choice as all that is left when needing to not park on top of another . Major leak coming from snow melting and then freezing . Not marked or treated . Fell and hurt myself. Need to do better !!!! Big money to park here !!!

Parking is tight. A lot of reserved spots, confusing entrance for non-regulars and my favorite, hypodermic needles in the stairwell. Not a regular occurrence, but should have been removed promptly. Watch out for addicts at night. Otherwise, it's fine.

space is tight. manageable with the rear mirror motion/display in the newer car models; would be a little tougher without. definitely would ding adjacent parked cars if one were to swing the door all the way out.

space is tight. manageable with the rear mirror motion/display in the newer car models; would be a little tougher without. definitely would ding adjacent parked cars if one were to swing the door all the way out. couple times i parked here for restaurant visits, i got validation that didn't require extra payment, and i came relatively early for weeknight dinner or middle of a weekday for lunch, so never had problem finding a spot and always just ended up on ground level. didn't look carefully but it seems the structure is at least a couple stories tall. (edit: it's a pretty sizable structure, but it also seems to serves medical staff/visitor parking.) there's a cashier by the front of the lot: I might have seen kiosks to process payment as well. automatic gate exit at the back with a scan of parking ticket. a directional signage at exit would have been great; the lack thereof may lead to delays due to confusion or even accidents for first-time/occasional visitors. PSA: turn RIGHT upon gate exit, and watch out for merging traffic as all of the cars exiting would go on same one lane (one-way?) side street.
