Visited Credo for the first time today, solely because I had a gift card to use but now I know I’ll be back all the time because the experience was so great! Ron helped me and he was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The vibe of the store is wonderful and welcoming. They have every product or item you could want.

I went into Credo to find a new skincare routine and Becca helped me find products that are best for my skin type and could help address any skin concerns that I had. She knew a lot about the products & brands and was really friendly! I love how there is a range in price points for these really high quality products so that everyone can find something they like here:)

I'm not big on shopping in store, nor am I a clean beauty devotee, but I will be making a point to patronize this location. Not only do they have makeup brands that are hard to track down in person but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Echoing numerous other reviews, Ron is the best. I stopped by during their black Friday sale, despite the store being quite busy and initially planning on just trying to figure out what to get on my own, he saw me struggling to decide and offered to help. He then spent over 20 minutes (and past the end of his shift as I found out later) making recommendations, helping me swatch different products, and letting me know if he thought they would work for me. While my interactions with everyone else was limited they all seemed very sweet as well. The store was also spotless. Will definitely be back.

I have been happy with all the products I have gotten from Credo. The team is knowledgeable and helps direct you to what you want and need. I am a regular there now and I am very basic with my skin care. Grateful to having them guide me.

Had a wonderful experience with this brand.I went down to Credo to get a few products, but one of them was sold out.Max was kind enough to order it for me and to make sure it would get shipped to the store for pick up by the end of the week given that I would be traveling back home at the end of the week.I got my product within a few days! The whole process was very smooth. Thank you to the Credo team for accommodating my request :)Xo

I love shopping at Credo when I go into Boston. The store is full of natural sunlight, a great selection of only clean beauty products, and nice salespeople who are enthusiastic about the products and concept.I'm one of those nerds who made a list of stuff i wanted to check out from their website to bring into the store. The ladies who helped me quick to help when I couldn't find something, and patiently explained to me everything from ph-balanced color-changing blush to jade facial rollers. The store is well-stocked. So many temptations!I applaud Credo for its commitment to wellness and to the environment. I like that my dollars are supporting this. Credo often runs promotions with qualifying purchases that are amazing. I qualified for the current promotion, which is a very generous bag of free products in a nice, reusable drawstring bag. FYI: Credo doesn't accept cash as payment.

As an avid Credo.com shopper, I was elated to pass by their store during my quick trip to Boston. I dragged my dad, uncle and cousin while Hayley helped me so patiently for almost an hour! She answered all of my questions, suggested products based on my skin and my specific concerns, and even offered me some samples of items I wanted to try but wasn't ready to commit to (or take in my carry on as I was heading to the airport). Amazing customer service and phenomenal product lines. What more could you want?!

I went into the Boston store to buy Jones Road makeup and was helped by a gentleman ( whose name I can't recall) and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. My fist time at the store and it was a wonderful experience. The only place locally to purchase Jones Road and they had a great selection

Went in on Saturday with my daughter and was greeted by a warm smile by Ron. He was amazing and took the time to talk to my daughter and also shared his knowledge. She was treated with kindness and top notch customer service. This was our first time in Credo and we will be returning soon.

We had an amazing experience today at Credo on Newbury! I booked a skincare consult for my birthday with Kiana who was the most knowledgeable, makeup expert in the whole world. The day before I called to see if there were any openings for my mom to attend with me, they were so kind and flexible and were able to fit us both in. Kiana taught us about the perfect products meeting us both where we were at (neither my mom nor I have a clue about skincare and makeup). We walked away with purchases that I can’t wait to try at home! Kiana was the best, thoughtful and understanding and again met us where we were at in our beauty knowledge - strongly recommend!
