As a frequent traveler, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. My room was immaculate and serviced daily. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Loved the service, staff were super friendly and they did their best to help us feel comfortable. Location was also great: very close to Target and some good Asian restaurant ( I love sushi!)I wish they would add breakfast buffet to their service. I do not mind paying some extra $$ but i prefer to have breakfast on site instead of looking for a good coffee 6 AM sharp.

The room was clean. We did the park and stay. The shuttle times to the airport were very good. Would stay there again.Walkability: Within walking distance of a large variety of restaurants and stores.

Huge shoutout to the staff during my stay here! Rooms were great, check-in/check-out was easy, no complaints!This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but be aware you'll probably have to Lyft to get in/out of the inner city area unless you already have a car or friend to drive.

Stayed here for a couple nights to visit Fenway. I just want to start by saying every single worker I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. They will help you find your way around if this is your first time in Boston. Everything was clean and the room had more space than I thought it would. It was a pretty quiet stay, not a lot of noise going on. They have a parking lot that is $20 a night so I recommend leaving your car in the lot and taking the train to explore. The train station is a couple minute walk away and from there you can get anywhere you need to without worrying about finding parking or navigating the busy areas. Overall a very convenient and friendly experience.

Super disappointed with the service from this Marriott property.Beware of fine print when booking THIS specific property through Marriot app!ZERO exceptions to cancel prepaid reservations regardless of Gold Elite status or 2 MONTHS advance notice!For reasons outside our control, we asked to cancel reservations we booked 6 DAYS ago, for a check in date 2 MONTHS from now!Cancellation policies are at the discretion of each Marriott property and the Manager could have cancelled with no loss as its so far in advance. I even said I would take a hotel credit- NOPE!Zero exceptions.FYI- this room is listed much cheaper on different Hotel search websites with a more flexible cancellation policy. You're definitely not getting "best price" booking direct.BEWARE when booking this location.

Hotel was good, service was good, the one negative was $$$ for not being in the best part of town. Forced to take train and transfer to get into town. The issue is the station was loaded with transient individuals. The hotel offered us free shuttle which turned out to be not free, they bang you for $10 a head each way.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Courtyard Mariott South Boston, and I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed I am with my experience. The constant presence of construction workers outside my window completely marred what should have been a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who swiftly checked me in. The lobby appeared presentable, and I held hope for a comfortable stay. However, my optimism quickly evaporated the following morning when I was awakened at the crack of dawn by the cacophony of construction noise.To my disbelief, there were not one, not two, but three men conducting construction work right outside my window. A window with curtains that don't even close completely. The sheer audacity of subjecting guests to such an appalling disturbance is beyond comprehension. The incessant hammering, drilling, and other ear-piercing noises continued for hours, leaving me with a throbbing headache and a ruined day. Their response was "We didn't know there would be construction, we're as surprised as you are, and it will be done soon" Three hours and 5 calls later, I was offered a late check out!It is incomprehensible how the management of could allow such a disturbance to occur without any regard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. Not to mention three men unannounced right outside a window. Imagine if you had your wife or daughter in the room? What makes matters worse is that my repeated attempts to reach out to the front desk regarding the issue were met with indifference. Housekeeping came in three times as well despite a do not disturb sign on the door. The lack of concern or effort to address the situation only added insult to injury and left me feeling utterly disregarded as a paying guest.I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice before booking. The lack of consideration for guests' peace and tranquility, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, is a clear indicator of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In an industry where guest comfort and experience should be paramount, it is deeply disheartening to encounter such negligence.In conclusion, I vehemently discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to the abysmal experience I endured at this place. Save yourself the frustration and headaches, and seek accommodation elsewhere that values your comfort and provides a peaceful environment.

Hotel was great, some staff at the front desk looked angry and unpleasant to talk to but others made up for it. I stayed here for 6 nights and the worst thing about my stay was the amount of druggies there are in that area. Some days there would be a couple hanging out on hotel property and some days they weren’t there. Once you take a walk to the mall you see them sleeping while standing or laying on the ground. I went to the closest McDonalds to the hotel and when I got there I was surprised with 50+ druggies. It was a 3 min drive. If you stay here just be prepared to see a lot of homeless people and druggies.

My family and I had a lovely 4 night stay here. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave were provided. The hotel has a laundry room, gym, restaurant, lounge area and a business center. The location is a 10min drive from downtown and behind the hotel is a huge shopping plaza with lots of dining and shopping options (Target, Marshalls, TJ maxx, Nike, Express) and a movie theater. Overall, very happy with our stay here

I stayed one night for an early morning flight (that I missed ☹️). I came back to Courtyard and spoke to Khadijah at the front desk, she showed how to get around on the train until my afternoon flight. Very friendly and helpful people, the service was excellent. This hotel was in a great location, close to the airport and train station. Clean rooms, free airport shuttle - no complaints.
