Hotel with very old facilities, does not correspond to the Marriott category, needs renovation. The rooms, or at least the one I stayed in, leave a lot to be desired, wardrobe and furniture deteriorated, there is no safe. Very friendly staff. The location is quite good. I will not repeat in this establishment.Rooms: Definitely deteriorated over time.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, the room feels smaller than rooms in newer hotels, but it is an older building and makes up for the size with the atmosphere.

Spent the night for the bruins game. This place is beautiful, everything is beyond clean, the rooms were nice and cozy, great views , Veronica and all the other ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, tony the valet guy was great also Casey Williams the manager, who I dealt with through email made sure to accommodate me with a higher floor and a city view . All around great experience and would definitely be back.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were okay and prices were pretty fair especially considering the location. Right outside the subway orange line which was super convenient for our outings and visiting the TD Garden. I do recommend!

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind and the rooms are a little outdated but very clean. The only thing that disappointed us was the fact that the restaurant and the bar were closed during all of our stay (christmas season), even for breakfast. Sad for us, french people, as we were really expecting to have a real american breakfast...

Very clean, older and run-down, but very comfortable. We stayed for a show and it was soooo convenient, and a value compared to the other hotels in the area. Room was definitely big enough, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom is very small, run-down with the mirror backing peeling from the glass. Cracked and peeling wallpaper. The mattress is swayed a bit but comfortable enough. Nice water machine in the lobby, so convenient to have a cocktail area and Starbucks access in the lobby.

Excellent traditional hotel in the middle of Boston next to theaters and China town. Staff is SUPER nice and helpful. Kathy went beyond the call of duty to make our stay very enjoyable during busy Army-Navy weekend!

The stay was decent. The room was clean and the service was great. The staff were all really friendly from the security team to the front desk. I lost my AirPods and they managed to retrieve it. Really appreciate everyone’s help. Rachel Veronica and i really appreciate Jocelyn from the housekeeping team And the security guy who bring it to me and I didn’t manage to catch his name. Thank you all for your help. I hope the management team can reward them in a way.

Apologies for the long review in advance. The best part about this Courtyard is located very close to the Boston Common and is within close proximity to a lot of things to see/do within Downtown Boston.Outside of that, my experience at this courtyard was very subpar. Upon check in I was given a room on the 12th floor (which was much smaller than expected). Found the sheets to be dirty and not very well fitted to the bed (fully wrinkled on one side). After asking the front desk to have some replace the sheets, a gentleman arrived with fresh sheets and told me to change them myself and he’d only take the dirty sheets? I’ve never heard of this at any hotel before.I mentioned this encounter to Veronica at the front desk the next morning who gave me an “executive room” on the 15th floor and upon entering the room found the sheets to be dirty once again. This floor is supposed to have more premium rooms yet quality control seems to be greatly lacking. The regular rooms aren’t worth the price you pay and even the executive rooms aren’t much of an upgrade. This being said, the OVERALL cleanliness of the hotel was a 4/5. Veronica deserves a raise for top tier customer service which seemed to be lacking in several other employees.Safety: Very safeWalkability: All major attractions are between 10-20 minutes walking distance. The T station isn’t very far either.

Perfect location across the street from our concert at Wang theater. Only distraction was all the scaffolding in place on the front of the building. Everyone on the staff we interfaced with was very nice and cordial. The included buffet breakfast in our rate was just what we needed to start each day.Walkability: 20 minute walk to Quincy Market, Kings Chapel, and seaport. Five minute walk to Boston Commons.

I’ve stayed 20+ nights at Marriott this year and unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had! My husband and I decided to head to Boston for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so we booked a king room 6+ weeks ago.Upon check-in we were given our room key and I asked to confirm it was for a king room, and the receptionist told me no, they were out of king rooms and our room was two doubles. I expressed my confusion and proceeded to show her my booking confirmation of a king and expressed disappointment as it was a celebratory weekend, first time in Boston, etc. No apologies were extended, instead we were told again there were just no king rooms available and there was nothing they could do.The supervisor then came over to relay the same information and was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. I again expressed my confusion since these reservations were made weeks in advance, and the supervisor did not acknowledge me or my husband, and proceeded to be on the computer. She then handed us a key and walked away. No apologies, no remarks, nothing! They somehow were able to find an open king room (??) but the entire process and conversation was extremely rude. For our first time in Boston and on a celebratory occasion, this experience certainly was not what we expected being Marriott loyalists.Location was good but rooms were outdated; on top of the horrible customer service - I would not recommend and will not return!
