The location is good. It's close to the subway and shopping. It's within walking distance. The room is average and the bathroom is quite big. The price is OK for this area. I recommend staying here~

For the price and the location it’s a good stay. Rooms are huge! If you like working out though don’t stay here, it’s the worst hotel gym I’ve seen, a treadmill lodged into a broom closet. The lobby also has the most intense scent, which I think is intended to be pleasant, but it was so overpowering I held my breath walking through the lobby. The hotel should get rid of that.

I went to Berklee College of music, and I wanted to show my boyfriend around the city. He had reserved this hotel, and I didn’t have many expectations. However, upon the guest service of Jean, I had write a review. Jean was the highlight of our day - so courteous and amicable. He always greeted us with a smile :and was kind and helpful:) Lovely staff member that we hope to see again in the future!

The front desk manager, Eldair, the front desk manager, was very gracious and let us check in early on our first round of staying at the hotel. We stayed there twice in one week while we were visiting the area. On our second stay, he was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite which was wonderful. Jean, who also worked there, hosted a wine tasting one night and let me practice my French speaking with him. Great location. It was a wonderful experience and we would return!Safety: Felt fine walking around at ? nightWalkability: Easy walk to public garden rooms great right brown stripes and other venues.Food & drinks: Don't miss Joe's on Newbury... just a couple of blocks away and food was outstanding.

Woke up middle of night to smell of smoke. Called front desk and said they couldn't do anything about it. Myself and another guest had to knock on doors until we found the culprit. Front desk moved us to a room with no heat. This all happened around

I stayed at the Courtyard Copley after winning an online giveaway and I was thrilled! The location was perfect - right by the T station and super walkable to other area attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, I arrived early to check in but they had a room ready so I could get settled right away which I really appreciated. I have to say I didn’t find the mattress super comfortable, but that’s my only complaint. I had a view of the Prudential Center from my window which was cool. Their lobby was absolutely beautiful. I loved seeing their reusable amenities bottles in the rooms - I’m a big advocate for sustainability so seeing a hotel take strides away from single use plastics is a win for me. Overall I was impressed with my stay.

Great spot in the City. HVAC system was a little loud but tolerable. No one's fault. Staff were great.

Terrible hotel. Air conditioning was broken in one of our rooms and had to relocate twice. The hot water hasn’t worked for two days. Staff is friendly and accommodating, but the hotel itself is definitely not worth the price. Location is it’s only plus.

Worst hotel we have stayed at. There has not been hot water the whole time during the stay, AC was leaking and we had to change rooms twice. No offer of any compensation for this terrible experience!!!

Pretty standard Courtyard. The only reason why this one doesnt get a 5 for me is becuase the pricing is out of control. It was close to $600usd/night which is what I’d expect for the Hyatt. There is a small 24/7 gym which was a nice bonus & definitely helped. The valet service was beneficial as well since I was in/out of the hotel constantly

Evening lobby clerk refused to lookup a reservation of a traveler in distress. Even with showing the key for the downtown Courtyard, said she could not help. Don't recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with a lot of historical charm. The lobby is adorable with a gorgeous original stained glass window. The staff were all super friendly, and the room was clean. It was also spacious for holding a king bed on the top floor. The only downside is they advertise a gym, but its one small room in the basement that holds three exercise machines that you can't even plug in all at once. It also has some weights and old mats. Otherwise the hotel itself was a perfect stay!
