I feel like I’m in Europe every time I walk into this sweet spot - it is my favorite in Boston. It is full to the brim with treasures - the most beautiful children’s clothing and thoughtfully curated selection toys that you can enjoy in your home and make the most magical gifts. Everything I have purchased there is treasured by me and my children. The owner and her mother who work together there are a dream and such a pleasure to shop with, they have helped me on countless occasions. ❤️❤️❤️

My two growing girls now 4 + 1 have been adorned in CouCou since they were born. This is a truly unmatchable shopping experience. Astrid takes away the endless time we can spend scrolling trying to find the perfect outfits….. whether it’s the special occasion or just any given Sunday, her pieces are precious and the customer service is second to none!

Loved this store. Came here yesterday with my daughter. They have a great selection of kid's toys and books, and clothes that are handmade or made in other countries. The items are on the higher end because the toys are much more excellent. If you are looking for a unique toy, I would go here.

Astrid provided exceptional service from the get go and was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my many queries. Highly highly recommend CouCou Boston who sell unique high quality heirloom products. I bought the Little Lights Swan and Retro Rainbow and even though I am based in Australia I found the transaction process was very smooth and this wonderful shop and their online store is exceedingly trustworthy and reliable shop. Massive bonus is that they accept international deliveries where many other US based online stores do not. For me it has been a true blessing to come across this store upon my research to find the best service, prices and especially excellent professional service all of which Coucou Boston encompasses and more! A super happy customer ? Do not hesitate to buy here as you will not be disappointed. Coucou Boston goes above and beyond to assist you and makes you feel secure and safe ordering from them which is critical for me being an international order. I was impressed by the vast diverse array of rare items that I could not find in Australia so definitely worth browsing around even if you are an international customer.Did I mention how efficient super fast delivery was on the back of the delivery option they recommended?! I recently purchased from the 2021 Misha & Puff fall drop with CouCou and the whole online shopping experience was flawless. They shipped out just hours after I purchased and I received my item two days later (across the country). Packaging was adorable and included extras for my kids. Thank you CouCou! CouCou not only has the most fashionable & unique kid’s clothes, but also has the best customer service online (as I am located in CA, so I can't even imagine how amazing they are in person!)Have questions about your order? They are quick to respond in the chat box or via email. Even Astrid, the owner, has personally helped me with silly questions like what shoe size to order.Don't even get me started on their packaging! It is SO cute!! So I always know my friends are going to be surprised when they get my gift in the mail. I feel like family every time I shop here, & I love feeling confident that my friends will love their gift! It's a win win.
