“Let me begin by saying that Somerville Computers deserves 5+ Stars for being an excellent Computer Repair Store and Mario, who is the CEO of the place deserves 10+ Stars for being the best "Computer Wizard" in Massachusetts! Mario is also a wonderful, kind and gracious person and I had the good fortune of meeting him last year when I had problems with my Hard drive and was desperate for help. Mario put my fears to rest and fixed the problem and also gave me good advice on the maintenance of my computer. I had a similar problem yesterday and went into the store and received excellent help. Apparently Mario is quite famous locally, as during my cab drive home the Cab Driver informed me that Mario is very well known and respected throughout Somerville for his above average Computer services - So Thank you Mario for being such a Valuable Asset to the City of Somerville!”

This place is like a electronics superstore from the 1990's and I wanted him to see what it was like shopping before the internet and this microcenter did not disappoint. Plenty of employees available to help you out even on a Saturday afternoon and the selection of everything computer related is amazing. We could actually view all of items we have been reading about in person.”

I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

“The service was execllent! I walked right in and there were people at the door to help you, I didn't even have to do anything ahead of time. I was there for a Apple Watch Ultra 2-- and luckily the only one they had was EXACTLY my specs I wanted! The employees efficiently found what I asked for and I payed within minutes of arrving to the store! The reason I'm giving this fours stars is because the box that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came in was a bit torn up on one side and had Sharpie writing on it; probabbly store policy. But this is because I really cared about the box. But if you don't mind the damage on any box, you'll have an amazing exprience with their great, fast, efficient customer service!”

“These guys will still recycle old electronics. Old wires, chargers, etc. Just no batteries, rechargeable or otherwise. I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had.
