Craig, Ryan , & Doug are the best in the business, I've used them for about 20 years, they are polite, quick, professional, and InGenius! My latest repair they came in at $230 under estimate, saved all my data, and made the early deadline. I don't know what I would do without them!

Great experience. The employee knew his stuff and discussed all options in a non-condescending manner. He wasn’t there to sell me anything. Much more genuine experience vs Apple Store. I’d buy my next laptop there for sure. I may have imagined a faint aroma of pot but likely just my imagination;)

The staff at the Computer Loft are knowledgeable and responsive; I have been going to them for over five years now - they turn your laptop around faster, way faster, than Apple does. This week I dropped off a laptop Tuesday at 5:30; it was ready for pick up Thursday at noon. Excellent service, wonderful help - I can only say great things about them!

I've drifted in and out of Computer Loft for decades. Today, they installed a new hard drive...with tax and labor, it cost 25% of what Apple would have charged, and was only about $30 more than if I had ordered the drive and installed it myself. And they did it in less than 3 hours. As always, high praise and I'm not worthy!

Outstanding service. I was told same day service and maybe 2 hours. Took less than 90 minutes. This never happens in my experience. Great price. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Advice came free. A very genuine five stars.

I have been a customer for service & sales for several years, and have always been impressed with the expertise and flexibility of the staff. It's always nice to go The Computer Loft rather than an Apple Store; if you already know what you need. The Computer Loft does a great job of repping Apple.

Wow! What a find! Our business just discovered the Computer Loft a few weeks ago, and already they have helped us fix and repair many computers that have been giving us trouble for ages - what a relief! They are so friendly, efficient, knowledgable - and have really been a Godsend! They also sell computers, so now we know where we're going to go for new Apple purchases - to this great team who can help us with the specifics in what will most help each person's computer needs - SO happy we found this wonderful place! Great experience here. I brought in an old iMac and had to decide between replacing parts or starting new. Ryan was incredibly helpful in walking me through pros and cons of both. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot, not only about which decision made the most sense; I left with more understanding of technology. This experience was much more useful and satisfying than going to the Apple Store!

These folks are fantastic -- I have had machines serviced here three times, and they've had them ready before or when they promised them every time, with no further issues. The people who have helped me on the phone and in person have all been incredibly friendly as well -- just a great experience. I'm currently in Concord, and this place is by no means convenient, but the quality of the service and how quickly you can generally bring your machine in makes it worth the drive -- don't look anywhere else if you need help with your Mac in the Boston area!

The screen broke on my MacBook Pro, and they were able to see me the next day. With the serial number, they were able to find all of my AppleCare info and processed the warranty work very quickly. They estimated a 2-4 day turnaround and had the repair finished on the morning of the 3rd day. Really easy to work with them and got the repair completely done 2 days before even the earliest Apple store appointment would have been. Definitely will come to them again over the Apple store if I need repairs.
