Disgraceful customer service. Don’t trust a company that goes to the end of the earth to avoid talking to you on the phone. But if you ever do speak to anyone they will be in Mumbai.

She was attentive in researching the cause of my issue and diligently solved the problem. She was patient, regardless of the line out the door, and committed to ensuring I walked away satisfied. It is impossible to reach costumer service and cancel service without telling them you want new service in the automated system. It took an hour on the phone just to cancel my service to get wifi PUT IN we don't even have it. And they tried to keep the deposit and after fighting for it back they won't give me my 25 dollar deposit back for 3 to 4 Weeks. Absolutely unacceptable

I been Discrinated it by Comcast,, they told me that because I'm disabled and I'm in the federal government program they cancel my account even the I made a payment, this is wrong disrespectfull and very disappointed specially me as a customer for over 10 years, I request to speak to a supervisor and they refused to transfer me, right now I'm alone in bed sick very sick with no cable service

comcast business provider just stole $1000.00 from me . The salesman lied, big surprise ,that it would be $100.00 to cancel account but no it was $1000.00. The WIFI never worked right and they send multiple people to fix until I got an honest service tech who told me business WIFI is too weak for my house. Even thou it didn't work still stole $1000. never use them
