The female staff members in the day time are very pleasant and professional! I enjoy the courtesy and professionalism they use with their customers, ESPECIALLY when dealing with rude and aggressive customers. The store is always clean and inviting. The attitude of staff members makes it an easy choice for my check cashing store needs!

Disgraceful customer service. Don’t trust a company that goes to the end of the earth to avoid talking to you on the phone. But if you ever do speak to anyone they will be in Mumbai.

It is impossible to reach costumer service and cancel service without telling them you want new service in the automated system. It took an hour on the phone just to cancel my service to get wifi PUT IN we don't even have it. And they tried to keep the deposit and after fighting for it back they won't give me my 25 dollar deposit back for 3 to 4 Weeks. Absolutely unacceptable

I been Discrinated it by Comcast,, they told me that because I'm disabled and I'm in the federal government program they cancel my account even the I made a payment, this is wrong disrespectfull and very disappointed specially me as a customer for over 10 years, I request to speak to a supervisor and they refused to transfer me, right now I'm alone in bed sick very sick with no cable service
