I wouldn't go back in there if I left my pregnant Labradoodle in there. I went in there with a working phone, they somehow managed to break it and then offered to fix the problem by giving me the opportunity to buy a new phone in store lol. Staff were unfriendly and very unprofessional - I was in store for 4 (!) hours. Staff were Eating in front of costumers and telling me they were bored while trying to solve my problem. Ended up cancelling the service and walking down to T-Mobile down the street who solved my problem in 15 minutes.

Terrible customer service. None of the staffs ever smile. The female manager was even worse. While asking for cheaper plans she offers the more expensive ones. When you try to lower ur plan cost, without checking she just say therea no cheaper one when on the web it shows cheaper plans.

It is Sunday morning at 10:15AM. The store on Border St. in East Boston is closed even though the website says it opens at 10AM and the sign on the door says in opens at 10AM on Sundays.

I’m giving this Xfinity store 5 starts because they have great employees like Caesar working there! I came in needing new cable boxes and Caesar made it very quick and easy. He is very professional and friendly, I will definitely come back to this store for all my Xfinity needs.

I went with someone who waited for a while in line. The employees seemed confused with a simple check on past purchase. I stepped out as too many people were in the store per posted signs, but no employee addressed it.
