Terrible customer service. None of the staffs ever smile. The female manager was even worse. While asking for cheaper plans she offers the more expensive ones. When you try to lower ur plan cost, without checking she just say therea no cheaper one when on the web it shows cheaper plans.

It is Sunday morning at 10:15AM. The store on Border St. in East Boston is closed even though the website says it opens at 10AM and the sign on the door says in opens at 10AM on Sundays.

Store was packed so I thought I was going to be in there for the rest of my life?! But the service was great and I was out in just under 10 minutes!!
