Walked in, asked for replacement remote (for cable box & TV), made the trade (old for new), walked out -- 5 minute visit!

I went into the store to to get some information on their internet plans. I spoke with Jay.
He was very helpful and answered all my questions and I walked out less than 15 minutes later with a cable modem under my arm.
It was great to interact with Jay. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

I saw some of the sketchy reviews and I was little hesitant about coming here.
The opposite was true: the staff could not have more helpful and courtesy. They only get five stars because that was the maximum allowed.
