The Citizens app is just terrible, slow and is always kicking me out. Also the bank keeps charging my account these fees that keep going up for paper mail that I've cancelled serval times. I'm over it. Officially unhappy with this bank.

I meet with the wonderful Toni a few times a month to deposit some college money and she explains everything so nicely and is willing to go the extra mile for you. She is so nice and I look forward to seeing her everytime I come in!! She makes your day. If you are having a bad day, she will surely turn it around. :))

I had a great experience opening three accounts here when I was transferring from another bank. The staff were friendly, curious, quick and understanding of my banking needs. This is a small community bank in comparison to Bank of America and others with online services but so far so good. You can easiest waive fees with monthly deposits to accounts. They're online app is quick to update transactions and they have mobile deposits. It's a great local bank so far for people in Mass! If you travel often and want ATM services outside of Mass this is not your bank but I've had great luck with them.

The only reason I go to this location is because of the hours they operate at other than that the service provided by the employees that is behind the desk and in the little cubic offices is atrocious. The tellers behind the glass have exceptional customer service skills unlike the others mentioned above. On one occasion i stopped by to update my new address,I waited while two employees chatted. Then when he was pleased he called me over,this process was rushed. I gave him my current address and he said he is updating it in the system. When he was done,i asked is it completed he said yes. There was no thank you have a nice day,nothing. That was it. A week after I had an issue so I called customer service to address the issue before hanging up i asked could you tell me the address you have on file for me and he did...it was my old address! Not the one that the incompetent teller told me he had updated. Another occasion I stopped by to do business,the guy in the cubic office was not pleasant. I handed him everything in his hand and when he was to return it back he placed it on the table for me to pick up. This location needs employees that enjoys interacting with people and who is pleasant or can pretend to be pleasant because it is apart of customer service. To the employee that assisted me,maybe you should seek to find a job in a warehouse or lawn mowing that requires little to no communication with others.

Very nice staff. I went to open an account and it was too easy, too quick and with a very good welcoming and smiling faces. Espacially mr Matthew Branford-White, with his beautiful british accent 😊😊😊😊😊
