From the teller line to the branch manager all need to be fired. Terrible customer service, can never service the customer!!! Don’t waste your time with this place they don’t even have cash flow!!!

Will not go there to open an account rude security officer and banker once I get the form I need I will find a better bank

They're no help at all over the phone. When I tried to ask a simple question to the branch employee who answered, I couldn't even get a word in and was told to call the 1-800 number. I couldn't reach a live human being to ask a question there either. I am considering closing my account and taking my money elsewhere.
