ATM has been OUT OF CASH five weeks in a row. When I called and asked the manager why this keeps happening the woman said “new manager Monday” — and hung up on me.We’ll be going in Monday and closing the account.

Maybe I am expecting too much from a bank where I have fair amount of money and have been a customer for 20 years. My in-bank interaction today was nothing but frustrating and a horrendous customer service experience. The "branch manager", Aurela was completely useless. Instead of helping to find a solution all she could say was "I'm sorry". Thanks for sticking up for a long time customer. She was not the only issue, their legal department is clueless. Unbelievable. Goodbye Citizens... hello TD Bank.

I would give negative stars if I could. This review isn't for this branch but for the Citizen's Bank cooperation in general. My father died from complications of Covid last year. He lived in a nursing home, had no property and just a couple bank accounts totaling less than 3K. Another bank had no problem transferring his funds to me after I showed a death certificate and documentation that I was his next of kin. He also had $200 in a Citizen's account. $200!!!! After hours on the phone getting conflicting information about how to close his account and then spending hours in person on my days off trying to find someone at a branch who would speak to me about closing it because I wasn't the account holder, I was finally told that I had to drive one hour each way to the courthouse and pay $120 to file paperwork that I'm his executor!!! For $200!!!! It's not worth it so I just decided to leave the money where it is. Fast forward several months, Citizen's keeps sending statements to his old address that someone there then must forward to me!!!! I called again today and they won't change the address because it's not my account even though his death certificate is on file with them!!! Now I will be forced on another day off to pay the $120 just to have them stop sending statements to an incorrect address!!!!

I went to Citizens Bank yesterday to get quarters for laundry. The staff were SO nice and helpful. A man who worked there even gave me a surgical mask (mine haven’t come in the mail yet). Highly recommend this bank and specially this location.

I do banking here all the time for my small business. The tellers are very friendly and always go the extra mile. The take the time to remember their customers names and in general are very good at their jobs. Most have been there for years and know how to handle most issues that come up. My biggest complaint is that the branch manager is constantly changing.

While the employees act like they mean well and are polite it's equivilent to TSA theater and they are all so bad at what they do even every other transaction requires them to ask a question of a manager and sadly they all belong to cults (who do way more harm than good). One employee is nice.

You're charged a fee if you do not add to your account in an about 3 week period. Had $50.00 dollars in your checking yet didn't add money in 3 weeks? TO BAD! A $3.00 is deducted from your account. Forget about having a 'savings account' because if you simply leave your money untouched in their bank you will not receive interest, only fees. They portray themselves as your friendly neighborhood bank but they're more like the Henry F. Potter banker character in Christmas movie 'It's a Wonderful Life'. This review refers to all Citizens Bank not just this one location

Just Closed all my accounts here after they charged me $120 for a $15 overdraft which I thought was a bit much for a small overdraft. Paying 800% of the overdraft amount as fees seems a little unfair to me. I don't know how the people at the branch can keep a straight face and tell me that they are well within their rights to levy such outrageous fees. I will never do business with a bank like this again which does not stop to think about how ludicrous some of their practices are. There are alot of different options out there for banking. Somehow they have failed to realize that we all have other banking options,so I decided to vote with my feet. I recommend that you do this as well.
