Citizens Bank(s) are open until 4pm. I came to this location to have a new debit card printed, was told customer service loses at 3pm. Terrible

Okay it’s Friday 15 April 2023 don’t go do check over there one of the clerks did not give me a receipt back and took my two checks said it will come on Monday both never came on Monday so now I have to go back ask for a receipt ask her to track those two pay checks .
