I would never bank here again. I will be changing banks this are most scamming people I meant. Costumer service isnt that good. They just want to waste people time and money instead of being an actual bank. Why work somewhere that deals with people hard earn money that u didn't make. Make it makes hard for people to work with y'all I no I'm not. My advice to all is run away from citizen and bank somewhere else that is professional and patient and have common sense when it comes to people money.

The reviews are right this janky bank and their ATM is trash first they don’t dispense my funds then tell me I need to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money

I always have this issue when I try to cash. And then deposit the check. They just deposited and I have to wait 2,3,4 days for the clear. Whenever you have a check to deposit and it's from citizenzs bank make sure you say " cash it"... wait.... get the cash..... hold your tongue.... and then say deposit after you have the cash in hand.

My mom took me to this branch to open my first checking account. Both Sandy and Will were super friendly and heloful! They broke everything down so that I can understand. They also showed me how to budget and use a savings account. I will be telling all of my friends!

Customer service was disrespectful lied straight to my face told me only one person could be aloud to open a safety deposit box account and be put on it.Even asked about husband and was told no , only myself. Then asked what happens when I passaway and all I got was a knod. They should be fired!!!!!
