That bank is the worst where they don't help you at all, and the worst thing is that it doesn't even get busy and they are all aragans who don't solve anything for you, why the hell do they have staff there if they are all useless? Good-for-nothing insects, garbage personnel, they should give the job to people who really need it, not those people who want to sit there.

What bad service at this branch in East Boston, you make an appointment and stop working to join them and it turns out that they fool you to schedule an appointment since it turns out that they don't have anyone registered, if you could give zero stars it would be very little.

Terrible service. I made an appointment with the advisor Catherine Bonilla at 9:00 am and she did not arrive. Another adviser told me that she was late and that she did not know what time she could attend me. They never called me to let me know that the appointment was going to be postponed and I missed the trip to the bank. What a bad service.I was going to open an account with this bank but after that bad service, better not.

Citizens Bank always has a massive line, they refuse to hire more Tellers. The card scanner is broken so you can't get inside after closing. The ATMs regularly are out of cash, worst bank I think I've ever experienced.

The Citizens Bank of East Boston has very bad service all the time, the tills are out of service and for them to serve you, waiting in line for an hour is very bad for East Boston

They are non-professional people, I don't know where they studied, because they have no order, they are slow, they have a terrible system, and they charge you to cash a check for themselves, I recommend looking for other banks

Just was at this bank.....no money available (deposits only) & same with ATM. 2 Tellers only with HUGE line wrapped around inside and out: I guess fine until while your waiting you see the glass teller windows are all dirty with fingerprints etc (just not clean and noticeable). Floors and rugs have to be cleaned/mopped and swept properly. This is weekend of July 4th. Branch is not good standard and especially knowing this community is all "check cashers" makes it worse.
