This place is ridiculous I had the worst experience! I called the bank ahead of time per usual to confirm that I would be able to get 1's and 5's since my job has a business account. I spoke with a young lady who said yes they have and to come. When I arrived I waited 20 min and the so call manager Henson Jeune id # 1766823 was extremely dismissive and told me that my name needs to be on the account which is ludacris. (I've been getting bills this way for over 7 months I have NEVER been told if my name isn't on the account then I can't get change nor bills. I don't know if he's on a power trip or what but this is one of the most disgusting behaviors I have ever witnessed from a manager!!!

Drove 40 minutes to get ones and quarters for an event, they offer 1 roll of quarters and I could only get $200 in ones. Isn't the point of a bank to be able to make withdrawals and change. Not insanely helpful honestly.Been a member for I think 15 years and this is below subpar banking experience.

My friend went to this bank to open a account and they have a Brazilian woman that work there and she is supposed to help people out and my friend don’t speak English and she is Brazilian also , idk how people treat others like that !! Same nationality and no respect at all… it’s really sad .. idk if you guys know what I’m trying to say …sick of those people ! They think just because they speak English and know how things work they have the right to treat others with differences…

Horrible, horrible customer service!!! i've been their customer for more than 10 years, and when i needed to open up a new account few month ago ( i already had 2), they rejected me ( manager Andrew) for not enough info or smthn. Today i went again to make a bank check and they wanted to charge me $10!!!!! fee !!! Pack of copy paper cost less than 10 bucks. And when i asked since when you start charging people $10 fee for the bank check, the answer was 'always". Crooks, rude, unprofessional. Time to switch

Terrible customer service!! I was there today around 2 pm. I'm a busines owner and I have been working with you last 5 years. I was waiting on the line because ATM was out of service and there was several people front of me. I asked nicely to make sure if everything is allright and how long its gonna take. He was so rude to me! He was yelling to me and screamind. He can not act like that for no reason. He make me feel that I want to change my bank. He make me feel so angry with this behavior and I dont want to see people like this who doesnt deserve to be part of this bank.

While Citizens Bank is a nightmare in itself, the counter staff here are always so helpful and fast. There is ALWAYS a line here even with the efficient staff and the atm is 9/10 broken.

I had my current card cancelled by Citizens without warning for security reasons. They apologized and offered to expedite my replacement card to this branch for pickup. The employees at this branch lost the card the first time they received it and promised to have it when I was back in town a week later. Just went back in to find they have misplaced my card again and asked me to return later in the week when a manager is present. At this point, its been two weeks since I had a working card. Hopefully they'll be able to rectify this next time I visit, but based on my prior experiences at this branch, I highly doubt that will happen.
