Very nice customer service. I am not a customer of Citizens Bank, but they were kind enough to sell me two rolls of quarters on a rainy day – when my bank was closed – when it was not their normal policy.

I like this branch and how convenient it is. it's busy and lively and staff are very nice and helpful and ATM machines don't break often. I had a good experience with the bankers every time I went in and they always tried to help and answer my questions and direct me in case I needed help somehow.
