They went to a new mobile banking and the lines at the banks for the teller machines were long. Customers had questions and there were no answers. I was locked out of my checking and could not retrieve money from my savings at the teller. I went to two banks after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. No answers.I’m contemplating seeking another bank for my retirement direct deposits. Online feedback non existent. Shameful.

The door locks behind you when you use the ATM so you have to have buzz you out with their credit card.

Above and beyond. We were about to switch bank but met Shawn today at this branch and I have never had such great service from any banker before. Thank you Shawn . It was a pleasure meeting you today and because of you we will stay with Citizens.

I started working in the North End a month ago and this branch is right on my walk to and from work. I've banked with Citizens for years and am always pleased with all 3 other branches I regularly stop at, but I don't intend to set foot in this one again. The employees seem to know everyone who comes in and start chatting with them the second they walk in the door, but all 3 times I've gone I've been completely ignored until I get to the front of the line, where the tellers have been short, dismissive, and in one case outright condescending. I'm not sure if this is because I look younger than I am, am not a local/regular, or am visibly gender non-conforming, but it's clear that whatever the reason if you're not one of 'their people' you're treated like dirt here. It may be less convenient some days, but I'll stick to the branches I already go to and know I'm not unwelcome at.

Will never do business with this company. Approved for Home Loan only to have bank reneg prior to closing. Unethical institution.

Worst customer service I've experienced in my life! I went to the branch as I typically do every week to make the deposits for my business. Branch manager Erhona Lushaj proceeded to ask me who was working in my office, I repeatedly stated that I'm the only one at the moment at the office. She started getting aggressive stating she needs to speak to the owner, I said I can relay the information but as I just stated, there's no one there at the moment. She repeatedly kept asking the question, over and over again. Stating “you are not the ownerâ€. I understand that but the owner is not here, let me make my deposit and relay the message. The teller then explained what the manager meant, she wanted to speak to the owner about something separately and just needed me to relay the information. I informed the manager once more, that she should have been more clear in her message and I would have gladly relayed her message. Manager whispered something under her breath (presumably swore) stormed off. At the point I was so frustrated that I asked for a customer service number and her name. “Oh you want to do that? Okay I'll give you my card. Watch your back I'm going to get you fired you don't know who you're messing with†- that's what YOUR teller stated Citizens. Great job picking them. Mind you today is Friday April 20th and there's no school so I have my 7 year old daughter with me, as she proceeds to angerily get up in my face and threaten me over and over. This entire time I kept my cool while your manager IGNORED other customers to try to show off her “powerâ€. I will NEVER do business with citizens and will make sure everyone knows about this branch. DO NOT GO. Be aware!

Traveling to Boston, I took out $500 in cash from the ATM. Two of the bills that the ATM dispensed were $1--ONE DOLLAR bills! The rest were actual $20s. So, my bank account was debited a full $500 and I received only $462! The $1 bills were even buried in the middle of the $20s like a common street hustler might do to disguise them! It's Saturday night so the bank is closed, no one to talk to.

Since the new manager started I have grown to really dislike this bank which is very sad since I used to really enjoy it. The guy has absolutely no place servicing customers and his attitude now transcends the entire place. This used to be a neighborhood friendly place and now he is rude, abrasive, condescending and completely unwilling to help. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere and encouraging all my friends in the neighborhood to do the same. Is a shame.

This morning we stopped in at this Citizens Bank to grab some money from their ATM. This Citizens location is well located but the worst part of this location was that the ATM was incredibly slow.

Great customer service at every level. Citizens has handled all of my personal and business banking for over ten years with prompt and friendly service. They also get to know their clients and really care which is great for a neighborhood bank in the city. Keep up the great work.

I like this branch. Very helpful people. especially Lena. The manager offers you a coffee or water when you walk in.

i am the owner and operator at world auto body inc in brookline, ma. our company has just changed over to citizens bank in the north end after a referral from a family friend. they specifically said talk to bill medlin. since opening our account there, the service has been above and beyond in every way. he puts me in contact with everyone i need for business needs. but he calls them first and explains the situation so that when i call they are ready and are aware of what i need. citizens is a wonderful bank for business banking all around. i have my payroll, credit card machine, work mans comp, direct deposit, savings checking and they are re - mortgaging my partners home at a low rate. i do feel i need to mention that everyone there is great and we have also dealt with greg on a few occasions and he has given us the same service. they return my calls, check on me, email me, and also have given helpful business advise. there is about 10 citizens banks between my business and that specific bank and i will go the extra distance every time! i can't thank the staff at that bank enough!
