Citizens bank punishes it's customers by refusing to release their deposits in a timely manner and resets hold times by picking up the phone and replacing on hold.

Nice new location and great looking new branch, staff super friendly an helpful, right on way to MGH an redline stop. Across from MGH medical history museum an beside Harvard garden's. Used to be the hot pot restraunt.
