What a customer service !! I came to this branch to ask questions about an open positionThis person who came and talk to me has no customer service culture ! Pathetic way to talkTalk down ! He could ask me if I have a relationship with chase bank or if I would like to open a relationship with this bankThis person has a culture of rejection no hospitality neither customer serviceMy question to the branch managerHow did you hire this personI am working in the banking industryI know what the banking industry and culture isAt least I don’t reject my customersLearn how to treat customers or non customers who may be potential future customersChase train your employees

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bank cannot seem to give a straight answer after they screwed up a very large deposit. Told, in writing, the check would clear in 2 days. 7 days later, it still hasn't cleared. Getting the complete run around, bounced from department to department only to end up speaking to a rep in a foreign county. Checks written against that deposit are now coming back as insufficient funds from my very high end clients causing great embarrassment and possible loss of business. Being told that I will be responsible for bounced check fees. Horrible service. Will be cancelling my account as soon as possible.

Met with two different bankers over a few days to request they help with updating a coupon code used to open new Chase accounts (worth a $300 difference). Both bankers told me there was no way this could be done, and tried to convince me to switch my main banking to Chase still. However, I sent a secure message through the app and was able to have the request fulfilled easily.I’ve had good experiences with Chase overall but will limit my in person interactions when possible

Extremely helpful staff. Had a banking issue whilst out of town and they solved something I'd been working on for 3 hours via chase customer service line. Brand new location as well, so got served quickly
