Schedule meeting with Djenafra at 4:00 PM, I'm late for 25 minutes, and she came out and said 15-minute grace period need to reschedule for another time and go back to the office to chat with other workers, when I got home checked the app it shows 60 minutes. No phone call or email regarding the grace period.

Extremely poor customer service. The guy at the front desk was acting like he did not want to do any work. Even though the bank was going to be open for a while, he asked me to schedule an appointment for next week. When I did schedule the appointment for a later date, they mailed me on the day of appointment and asked me to reschedule.

The worst Chase store experience I have ever had. The front door reception guy needs to “fix” his attitude, and he just wants me to get away ASAP.

I recommend considering a different bank due to their extremely poor customer service. Despite rescheduling my appointment three times, they still haven't provided me with a confirmed appointment. It's clear they don't prioritize customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed with the service at this Chase bank branch, as featured on Google Maps. The staff member at the front desk showed extremely poor service. An hour before closing, he began stating he was no longer handling any transactions, though he simply chatted with an individual who seemed to be of Indian descent, showing no signs of work. As a private client of this bank, I am shocked and dismayed by this lack of professionalism. They made up various excuses to avoid work, contributing to a very poor service experience. I truly hope Chase pays attention to this serious issue and takes necessary measures for improvement.

Terrible experience with Lucy! She doesn’t even know how to do a remit international wire and instructed me to use my APP. Apparently, it can only be done at a branch!
