Had an amazing experience with Amy, who was extremely skilled to handle my issues. She was amazing and made me feel extremely valued. I will highly recommend this branch to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy banking services. Employees can easily make or break company’s reputation and Amy is one of those whose service was absolutely exemplary.

THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE AT ANY BANK...Staff member misrepresented himself..Told me he was a manager..Untrue, just a bank salesman..Had important papers to transfer information over
to main bank in financial district..
Daniel DiGiacomo said..'don't worry I'll take care of this right away..Took documents, put them in a file & folder." Don't worry about this anymore..I'll make sure that are given to the correct department before the day is over"
Mr. DiGiacomo never bothered to do it...Left the next few days for a 2 week vacation...Called & called..Never sent out important documents...Main Bank kept calling for necessary information.
Called many times, bank Branch manager said.."oh I cannot (Amy)access that file until he returns from vacation..By the way, Daniel is not a Manager just a regular customer service guy."
Had to speak with 3 different people at corporate office to resolve it...Salem St. branch never got in touch with me again....A NIGHTMARE AT BEST..The worst most "I don't care" attitude..Never return ....Unethical ....Daniel !!!!

Decided to give this location a try based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Amy is extremely polite and helpful and took time to explain in detail. Overall one of the best banking experience so far

Chase sucks... All checks I have been depositing it's taking over a week to be processed you call them and nothing is actually done.

Came in here and got my money from the ATM for $400 and was offer 2 hundred dollar bills. Because I wanted to break them in 20s and the white lady asked for my ID and chase card once I gave her description of how I wanted my chance. Mind you the white person before me wasn’t asked any questions at all and she requested his honor.
Racism at its finest at this location.

We are a group of 5 J1 students over here for the summer. We walked in during the afternoon to open bank accounts and we were accommodated immediately. They immediately got 5 bankers to assist us individually and it only took around 45 minutes to set up our accounts. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They even provided us with some complementary bottled water. Very organised and timely service with excellent staff. A great bank to go with if travelling to the US on a J1 visa. It’s very simple and straight forward and perfectly suited for j1 students.

Truly the best! First David and then Amy today has been stellar! despite me getting caught in traffic and forgetting my documents first time around they have been nothing but considerate and went above and beyond. This bank is a bit far from my daily commute but I'd rather go here every time compared to the branch on Amory Street which was been nothing but unpleasant.

Top Notch Business Banking - I met with Tyler yesterday to set up a business banking account. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process painless. This branch is small in size, but a great location and they have a full staff ready to help!
