I have never had an easy experience at this chase. I have had my accounts messed up and processed wrong, and even had to reopen accounts cuz they were messed up so badly by a “professional” who didn’t know what he was doing.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting a back consultant and I must say that I am impressed with the level of service provided. From start to finish, the consultant, Tim, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Went in to set up an autopay that I couldn’t do on the app, the only banker there walked me though setting it up on the app (which again didn’t work) then told me to call customer service. He didn’t hear me at all, just wasted my time then rushed me out the door. Totally useless.

Bank Representative Ekta Gupta racially profiled me to open a basic checking account. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I was moving out of state and my bank does not have a branch in IL, Chase does. I thought I would get ahead of one of the many errands by opening the account before I left. I provided proof and documentation. Ekta gave me the third degree and asked me many questions I believe were unnecessary for a basic checking account and am almost certain it was due to my race (and no I do not pull the race card). She asked me why I was moving out of Boston, she asked if my family lived with me here, she asked why I was leaving my bank, she asked how much money I would be depositing each month. After socially distancing the entire time, she had no problem standing over me pretending to instruct me how to use the app’s new credit feature but really did it to view my credit score. All of this for a checking account. Condescending and calculating behavior. I am now dealing with other issues from Chase as a result of Ekta’s overreach. As soon as I felt the vibe from her which seemed to deem I was undesirable and had to jump through hoops to prove myself I should have went to another branch.

Happy to know my funds are invested in fossil fuel

Chase is the worst! I would rather bank anywhere else. Chase is the #1 bank for funding the climate crisis. Nobody gives more money to fossil fuel companies. We don't have enough time that we can keep funding new projects! A livable future cannot wait.On top of that, fossil fuels have proven to be a losing investment over the last few years. So Chase is irresponsibly losing money for the people investing with them.

Chase Bank is the Number One bank financing the fossil fuel industry, and thereby worsening the effects of climate change. I implore Chase to put its great resources towards funding solar and other projects not so disastrous for our planet, our only home. Thank-you.

Chase is morally bankrupt--they are the world’s largest funder of fossil fuels, which means they are making climate change worse. Protect the people who are your customers and divest. There is no future in fossil fuels.

I want to put my money in a smart company. Chase Bank isn’t smart. Its parent company, JP Morgan Chase, invests heavily in fossil fuel industries, which are bringing us extreme weather, rising seas, food scarcities and species extinctions (these things are happening NOW!) Instead, I will invest my hard-earned dollars with investors that are shifting their investments from money-losing, earth-hurting ventures to feasible, profitable renewable energy. That's why I give Chase Bank an "F".

Chase is a wonderful company to bank with if you enjoy exploding pipelines, the silent release of potent greenhouse-gas methane into the air, mercury in your air and water from coal plants, and the destruction of personal and public property for coal mining, fracking, pipelines and compressor stations. Because that is what people's money goes to fund if they bank with Chase. Also you might like to think about the fact that Chase has been losing money on fossil fuels for some time (yes, really, google it), so why would you want to entrust them with your money? Chase gets an F for finance, fossil fuels, fancy footwork, and ...

Worst experience ever. Michael forgot to sign a member non present form and we had to wait an entire week for something that should have taken 2 days. He was also being extremely dismissive and disrespectful to us.
