I recently visited the Chase Bank branch on Washington Street and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Ezekiel Okai. Ezekiel went above and beyond to address all my concerns and requests. His dedication and willingness to work extra hours to ensure everything was resolved were truly remarkable. I highly recommend this branch, and especially Ezekiel, for outstanding customer service.

There ATM doors never seem to work. At this point put the atm outside. It’s frustrating knowing you can’t take your money out because the doors won’t work.

It takes 2 weeks for them to clear checks. You call in all you get is there asian customer service who just go around circles and waste 2 hours on calls

This review is for Shruti R, Chase banker, who delivered such excellent service today.I came in on what appeared to be her first day, and trust me, if you know me...allow me to ask 1 question, and there are 20 more waiting!!!So I asked all of them (yes, literally all at once), and even though it was her first day, she didn't bat an eye at my request. Though she was not able to provide the exact request by this persistent customer, she still delivered - #1 impressive act.Now here is the impressive part, I returned unannounced several days later, and to my surprise, Shruti, had my request available and I didn't even ask - #2 impressive act. She didn't have to do this for a complete stranger, but she did it anyway.Thank you, Christian P, for hiring such excellent employees. It takes a true leader to have an eye to hire amazing people - #3 impressive act as a leader to select amazing people. The woman behind the counter handling my money dropped the money on the floor more than once. Extremely unprofessional. Their money counter is broken and it ate some of my bills. I waited an hour and a half for them to preform an audit. Do not recommend this location.

Just want to thank the staff helping me establish a reoccurring payment, I’m new to the USA banking system which is significantly different to all other county OUS banking! The female staff member who helped me setup via the app deserves 100% recognition for her professionalism and kindness, she was patient and invaluable help!

Awful service, they refused to open account to newcomer Ukrainian person. They said I need papers or bills with address. Surely i have address! Are u kidding? How can I pay bills if u refused me to open account?
